And you can just see Dan thinking about it, realizing it hadn't occurred to him, being a bit embarrassed it hadn't, even though you knew from the moment Gav said it that we'd be cutting to "Dan draws a silly face" as soon as he was done thinking.

Blowing up eggs, jumping on trampolines and putting Mentos in Coke. You're one of the few channels that's still retained its original feeling since day 1. I would love to see the CD done again in slow motion with 2 CDs in the Microwave staked on top of each other like pancakes. About 20 years ago I had a job where no one at the company liked the microwave and we had an abundant of old and or dead CD-r disks around. I found that stacking 1 on top of another one that the little arcs and plasma things would actually levitate the CD that was on top... This would be so cool to see again, especially done by you guys. The only one that I had come across so far that had one was a quite bulky brown unit likely from the early 80s.
I know from having disassembled so many of them...
Yet there are still schematics on the internet that show the waveguide and metal fan even though it's no longer part of new designs as far as real life microwaves go.

Daniel and Gavin. I have been subscribed to your channel for almost a decade now. I remember watching your first videos about dropping mugs, popping popcorn and smashing lighters. I’m 25 years old now, and still watch every single video you put out. You two have been such a big part of my teenage years, and watching your videos and immerse myself into your universe has really helped me through some tough times. Your lovely friendship, your humor, and your passion for science is such an inspiration. Please keep doing what you’re doing ❤

After so many in your library, I think I more enjoy videos when you're examining something other than fluids (specifically water, I suppose, because the plasma in the backdrafts were pretty fascinating, too) - so this bit about the reactions to metal in a microwave was a brilliant addition. Catching an egg, I think, was a new twist on the old "watching popcorn pop" fascination. 💙
Thanks, guys. Anything in slow motion is pretty awesome. Glad you're here to help us see it 💙💙
