Doreen thanks for the lesson. Please will you estimate the man hours this house take for painting both ext and interior. Until then I won't believe 800000k for the program cos in construction, labor must have an implied constant in this country. We ought to feel for the people who craft our homes

@@doreensafricanexperiences what can we do labor not standard_ it's a problem to be felt by the lay developer trying to get their home done. You said what many technicians say, " the amount of money client pays me is the style and quality of job I give them" and is why many homes feel like stores or animal houses. In Britain labor and skilled talents have a minimum and they're organized that side. Okey, if government won't create limits for wages any time soon, People's money continue to go down the drain. However, if you think through deeply Doreen, I see a ray of hope to streamline stuff and never know you bloggers can highlight research on these things that go unnoticed.

Hi dear..all sellers of paint have colour charts where you can choose your own colour that you want...then supper gloss is recommended for metals mostly thats why you dont see us recomending it too much...thank you for watching and if you have other questions kindly dont hesitate

Crib is 10.2x15.5 that's over 150sm, 2bathrooms about not less than 15 to 20sm of wall, will you have no dado? Or skirting are free. Doreen never pay tilers like cleaners you will be happy for only a while before you hit repairs. If it were my house, the bottom line for tile labor is 1450000sh

@@doreensafricanexperiences dear Doreen, it's okay for various things be charged differently. However, I thought figures that measure this house which you gave can be basis for costing labour too. The nature of that job will always beg the questions, " how many sms? How much do you offer for a sm?"
