Bere, here are some tips on how to get better at Rocket League:
Instead of boost, you can also use your front flip to get to places quickly (2 flips are enough to get to supersonic speeds).
When you aerial,if you double jump at the beginning, your aerial will be faster, and you will be able to get higher in the air while using less boost (pointing your car up at the beginning also help when you need to get high), though for smaller aerials, I suggest flipping just before you come into contact with the ball since this generates a more powerful shot.
