Last Hurdle Session with Ayden Thompson before he Heads off to College

Today Ayden Thompson had his last session with me before he heads off to college next week. We got over 42’s again for the whole session, getting up to five hurdles. For the last two reps I added a finish line that was the same distance it would be for a 60m hurdle race. He looked and felt faster than ever before. So he’ll be ready to rock and roll once the indoor season arrives.
