Me too! Being an American customer for a number of years since they were broadcasting on US TV again, the changes make it unaffordable to shop there again for the most part and certainly not enough to maintain my Diamond status. With all the website changes, pricing changes, brand changes, and shipping charge changes for Americans, I don't know how they'll keep most of their American customers. This is especially true for those Americans who can't stream.
@@jwb52z9 I doubt they'll be keeping many UK customers either. Their website is awful, presenters are boring and many don't like how the real C&C presenters have been treated. I won't be renewing my membership and I've been with C&C since it first started. All they've done is bought the name but carried on being Hochanda.
