I tried looming a bracelet for my granddaughter before Xmas it turned out fine, but the clasp pulled away from the beads. I'm wondering if I could make a similar bracelet without the loom? The only problem is I put her name in it, with your knowledge is there a way I could do this. The beads I used were 8 S/L crystal and the name was in 8 S/L orange.it stood out perfect but didn't last, any suggestions O mighty one 💕

i cant use elastic thread...too tick (especially for seed beads)and i dont like to work with it....Better with beading thread !

I didnt measure the length of the thread because I always added if it got shorter

if you cant afford to buy beading thread or beading needles use cotton thread from WALMART (very cheap) and sewing needle from WALMART (very cheap) .

don't overtighten the thread, use beads the same size.....
