Actually, you don't need to desolder the wire, the cone on that side can be unscrewed enough to get the ball bearings out, clean the cup and repack the bearings. Thanks for the video anyway, helped a lot!

It's a pity I haven' t seen your video before. I did all the cleaning to my shimano, it looked much more worse than yours. I changed the steel balls. I assembled but it doesn't work as smoothly as it should...I think I f... something.
