In 1993, Mindscape served up a side-scrolling adventure game called "Out to Lunch" (known in Europe as "Pierre le Chef is... Out to Lunch"). Play as the titular Pierre, a chef on a global mission to wrangle his runaway ingredients. Armed with a trusty net, Pierre chases after escaped food across various countries, from the snowy peaks of Switzerland to the sunny shores of the West Indies. His culinary quest takes him through Greece, Mexico, China, and finally, back to his homeland of France. Originally a Super Nintendo game, "Out to Lunch" was later enjoyed by players on the Game Boy, Amiga, and Amiga CD32.
