Olapelex n3 is a pre shampoo ? Is not a conditioner ? Cause I think I can use it after my shampoo
so glad i found this, alot of people said they only get 3/4 uses out the bottle, ive been doing it 1 to 2 x a week for 2 months and have half a bottle left still, i have long hair too

Hello! Generally, no, you do not need to shampoo before using No.3. However, if you have a lot of product on your hair, it is always a good idea to cleanse the hair with a clarifying shampoo before your treatment! 💕

Hello, last time I washed my hair(shampoo and conditioner) I used step n7 , Do I have to wash it again, and have it moist in order to use step n3? Or can I just apply it on my dry hair for a few minutes and wash it out afterwards??
Hi there! We recommend applying No.3 to damp hair and washing it off with No.4 and No.5 after at least 10 minutes of having No.3 on. No.7 would be used after to style! ✨

Yes, you can. Your hair needs to be damp for it to work, so if your hair dries while it’s on then it isn’t doing much. As long as your hair stays damp, it’s doing the job!
Hi I’m confused the instructions stated use from scalp to ends not roots to ends. Is this safe on the scalp? every one seems to use roots to ends only

Hi! Those oils will not have any negative reaction with our products!
Does it matter if i air dry my hair or blow dry ut after this?
Great question! No.3 is not a leave in conditioner but rather a treatment that needs to be washed out of your hair. So once you've done the No.3 treatment, you would then condition your hair, rinse that out and style as usual! Hope this helps!
can i use no.4 to pre wash or a clarifying shampoo??
A clarifying shampoo is best to use before doing an OLAPLEX treatment. This helps ensure there is no prior build up and guarantees optimal results. ♥️♥️♥️
If my hair is really oily do I have to wash it with shampoo first before applying no.3? I didn't apply oils or products; it's just that my hair is naturally oily
You would want to do a light shampoo then towel dry. Any oil present could prevent the N°.3 from properly penetrating!
Ok and since my hair will be wet after the light shampoo, do I still apply no.0 before applying no.3 or it won't be necessary?

Hi! N°.3 works as a great preventative measure to help ensure the hair’s health and strength, but it will not fix split ends. Sometimes a cut is necessary. ✨

Hi! Yes, you can. When using OLAPLEX on human hair extensions, it is best to avoid the base of the extension bonds when applying a treatment. We recommend applying OLAPLEX N°.3 mid-shaft to ends while wearing extensions!

Hi! We do recommend applying No.3 to clean damp hair, for best results. Once that has processed in your hair for the time recommend, you can rinse with water, but most importantly you need to condition your hair afterwards, as our treatments don't contain the protein and moisture your hair still needs.💫
Why my hair feels more dry and frizzy after using no 3?
Hi! Our N°.3 does not provide moisture or protein to the hair. We recommend using your favorite moisture or protein mask after washing off our N°.3 treatment. 💞✨

Hi! N°.3 is not a conditioner, it is a reparative treatment. For moisture needs we recommend using N°.5 Conditioner or N°.8 Bond Intense Moisture Mask.
