They say 1/12 scale but they're technically 1/10th. They do look amazing though
True...the scale difference is the only thing holding me back from pulling the trigger on this otherwise amazing line.

@@SasukeCoiso just go with them if you haven't, they have practically completed the original hall of armor, 2-7, mark 1 still missing, zd toys is doing mostly of the party house protocol, those are 1/10 but look good together

I’ve been hunting hard for a really good iron man figure. It’s hard when you also enjoy posability and looks but want to keep in a budget. Something that helps me is to watch how Iron Man actually moves in the movies to understand what is realistic for the figure. Obviously he won’t be able to move like a comic book hero and it is metal armor 🤣

Dang it... I messed up. I saw this figure priced wrong for $30, but waited for payday the next day... it was gone when I went back! AHGHGHG. Oh dude, thanks for spending so much time critiquing my Magneto/wolverine/coins #sirdorkmetal shot! It was the most complex photo I've done so far. The setup took hours, the photoshop took even longer! LOL

It is marvel legends scale that means much larger than 1/12
Take a look at the ZD Toys Ironmen figures. They're a bit more expensive than Marvel Legends, but cheaper than this guy. They've got a really nice aesthetic with good paint and articulation isn't bad either. I went with them for the MK V suitcase suit since it looked best quality to price to me compared other options. My main gripe with them is lack of decent crunch. They even have light up version for some of them. This IM is great looking though!
A little charring on the stand is kind of fitting. Just consider it an effect of the figure taking off from the stand.
I totally agree. I have the ZT and looks really amazing for its price. ZT also works in a slight bigger scale (1/10 instead of 1/12). And right now they have on sale an 1/5 "Iron Man Mark 3 10th Anniversary Version" for around 100 USD.
@@djnyar Is there a difference between ZT and ZD? I've seen their figures when searching for ZD on Amazon and they look identical. Same company but different brand for sizes like you said?

@@GoblinFootball13 The costume does not make him any taller, and this figure is noticeably bigger than the marvel legends which is ALREADY too big for true 1:12 scale. This is 1:10 or so, it's too big to stand near any other 1:12 line.
