I love the level of sophistication you have achieved in your home office. When I set up my work environment at home, I never imagined that such long periods of time would await me in it. Currently, I prefer it to returning to the company. Things has changed. The most that I renovated was my desk, which I changed for a Protractor desk from Barcelona Designs and it's the first of the great future changes that I want to make, especially in terms of electronics and automation. Second, yes I am trying to work out a automated room and even using IFTTT for things that doesn’t support my platform, keep up the great work (like if you agree ) as a tip you can make nfc tags run automatically and then you can take off the notification making it seem less

Great video. Earned a sub. But please mute the Ok Google command when editing. I tried to stop your "turn on all the lights" on my speaker but wasn't fast enough. All my lights turned on. LOL. Quick fix since it was morning and I just turned them all off. I used to use NFC tags. I might set some up for the front door again

quick question my aputure light doesn't turn on with my smart plug how do you get it to work? it only gives it power and will turn on if i hit the on button on the aputure unit.

While watching the video my google hub just responded with "to control lights using google assistant you'll need to get them setup in the google app on your phone." I guess once I get the lights setup then I can play this video to turn on my lights!
I feel the same. I use google assistant automations on all my nest products EXTENSIVELY everyday. However recently it seems google is becoming rebellious. Sometimes diy is better
seems like it would take more time researching and setting up everything than just going to the door every now and then (especially because getting some movement every now and then isnt too bad either)
