Usually if a container has a foil seal across the top then the opposite side of the cap has a molded point inside it so that you can flip the cap over press it to the aluminum foil and it opens it for you. No need for a utensil.
I’m here 😊I didn’t use a medium with the Acrylics. I’ve only done a couple fully acrylic portraits, but had I more time with them I’d probably explore the gloss mediums. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching my videos!

Most of the tubes that are sealed usually you turn the cap round and press it into it and it makes the hole

not a proportioning session

Sarah Albright if you are 10% good with acrylic you have automatically mastered 40% of oil painting. My opinion tho. Good luck

@@mrjanssen3856 This is why I have said, acrylic is not as easy as oil. Try to spray your palette with water, This will increase the drying time.

Wow!👏 had lost my interest and touch in acrylic 2yrs ago. Thanks to this video, am feeling like using acrylic media again instead of oil.
The sharp point in the top of the paint cap is there to poke the seal on the tube. Like super glue
Use an acrylic extender especially with portraiture, you'll find it brings back the oil painting feel and ease for blending.
THANK YOU
What are you using to hold your palette? That looks so handy
Wow!!!!
the sealed paint can be easily openned with the other side of the lid (theres a little pointy tip in it)

The caps of those paints should have a pointy tip to pierce the seal if you check.
