This embutido made even yummier with just simpol ingredients!
SET A
1/2 kilo ground pork
1 pack WOW Sarap All-In-One Seasoning Granules
1 tablespoon Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 pieces eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
SET B
1 medium onion, minced
100 g carrot, grated
1 small red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 tablespoon pickle relish (optional)
1/2 cup raisins
SET C
4 pieces hotdog
2 pieces hard boiled eggs, sliced

Ung nga lang it may take more time dependeng sa kapal ng meat loaf.
And besides, sous vide din nmn ginawa niya dito.

Rekta muna sa aluminum. Pwde mo naman pahiran ng butter or margarine para hindi dumikit.

Kelangan ba I-chill after poaching or pwede na kainin agad?
Mas mainam palamigin muna. Not necesaryily i fridge. Just room temperature lang. Ang point is to let it rest and absorb the juices. 10 mins it will be ready to serve.

Hi@@ChefTatung , ahhh no worries. It is a cute name though. It’s easy to roll off. The tongue . Just thought it was based on a region. I am planning to make my first with this year’s holiday as I recently had my first embutido and realized there are so many variations. For example, milk or no milk, hot dog, or not dog, reason for no reason, relish, or no relish, ET, see, and every region has a slight way of cooking, whether it’s steaming, shallow, boiling, or baking. Thank you for sharing all your recipes you were always so happy and laughing so it’s fun for us on the other side of the screen to follow you..
& Hot dog or no hot dog, Raisen or no raisens etc
