Just FYI, there’s a ton of live performance of them that showcase their talents. Especially there recently concert tour in Zepp city Japan (5ofakind) with newer badass songs from their recent album. Plus, you shouldve done the actual live performance of the crusade instead. Believe me, they dont pause during their live performance and they really shine better on stage with a live crowd.
funny a lot of guys ask def leppard ? but they got their name from the song lovebites and so do i - by halestorm.and this song is their tribute to 'aces high ' from iron maiden. the one and only song from 4 cd's of kickassery that sounds like another tune - every other song is completely their own. none of these girls played in mary's blood. bassist and drummer were from destrose. dean guitarist from a drop of joker. esp guitarist from gekijo metalicche. vocalist from the vamps and uverworld
Yeah guys they are influenced by 80s metal, also if you don't know their last album Electric pentagram is nominated for one of the best 20 metal albums for 2020 year. You should check some of their songs from the last concert Five of kind in Zepp Diversity Tokyo from this year. Songs like Thunder vengeance, Rise some hell, Signs of deliverance, Swan song, Dancing with the devil, Holy war, all the concert is mind blowing stuff. So enjoy it. And in the last Lovebites are the winners of 2018 in category for best new metal band. Stay metal.
Ha, took a hot minute! Btw, technically you got my name wrong (no R), but we all remember our first beer... Founder/bassist Miho and drummer Haruna came from Destrose(spawned literally dozens of bands, incl Mary’s Blood), Haruna has always had her trademark Star, even her cymbals have merch for sale. Tall Miyako plays Dean thru Peavey exclusively, the tan Icon model looks PRS-like. Shredder Midori can’t be touched, she’s ESP’s darling, last year they made her FOUR completely custom hand built self designed guitars. Miyako also plays classical piano, good examples on the live dvd. She’s played guitar for 10-12 years, piano for 27; she’s pretty good... These ladies put out a live dvd this year, “Five of a Kind”, it is nearly flawless, Everything on it is reactable, and a surprising amount of variety for a band known for only having one gear, powermetal. Start at the beginning, Thunder Vengeance, and hold on to your balls! 🤘💃🏻🎸😎 For a non lovebites reaction, I’ll stay with japan, Mardelas, band of boys put together by ms. Marina (prev Destrose, of course). It’s in Japanese, but you know what she means😉”Apocalypse” czcams.com/video/Wd8P7wTnWJs/video.html Starts in English: “Walk thru the forest and the ruins ... Break thru the fire my heart is pounding...”
Sorry it took so long we did this at least 6 months ago it got blocked i tried it agaion with a different video and they let me post it . Thanks for sticking with us .
Great reaction guys! Both drummers were in Destrose formerly...;) What was the other...oh... In the UK and America we dress all black for funerals and whatnot...in Japan they dress all white for that... :)
Band-Maid are a pretty separate lineage from the more metal bands like Lovebites. Lovebites have a number of more recent posts, including several lives you really should check out. They are mind-boggling in live performance. Try this for a MV: "When Destinies Align" czcams.com/video/hLFelI93VkM/video.html; and for a live: "Thunder Vengeance" czcams.com/video/yWE7PqCpGi4/video.html
Lovebite is a powermetal band like Blind Guardian , DragonForce. Lovebite drummer and bass player are originally from the band Destrose. Destrose very first line up was made up of the guitarist now in Fate Gear and and the ladies of Mary's Blood but right after they got a record label deal the Mary's Blood Lady went on too start Mary's blood Destrose replace everybody except the lead guitarist and founding member in 2015 the band broke up. But pretty much everybody from this band went out and did something some made it. Destrose vocalists quit on them and start Mardelas and the guitarist Narumi started Disqualia the band only did 2 singles and a EP but she did go on to do a solo album The Seed instrumental and the drummer and bass player started LoveBites founding member started Fate Gear. But the guitars Narumi did play in Aldious temporary because their guitars was getting married and Pregnant she also play with the original Aldious singer Rami on her solo show. I recommend you watch the video of Aldious at Namm 2020 Narumi is the one with the red hair. Destrose did one US show but it was at Comic-Con Tokyo in Tulsa.
You took promo video the best are live that is the t ribute to Ironmaiden Aces High better listen to their last pieces Holy War or Thunder Vegeance etc from Live in Japan 2020
Probably not the best Lovebites video but thanks you for reacting to it. The greater amount of people who get to see Lovebites the better. One of my favourite Lovebites songs is 'Break The Wall' Here is a link to the live version: czcams.com/video/sUMVt0vPPWk/video.html&start_radio=1
You probably know now since this is an archive video, but Lovebites has nothing to do with Band-Maid. The bass player Miho and drummer Haruna came from Destrose. They are loosely related to Mary's Blood only by the fact that some of the members of that band (Saki the guitarist, and I think Eye the vocalist--I could be wrong about her) also came from Destrose. But these 3 bands don't really interchange members at all. Have you reacted to Nemophila yet? It is Saki from Mary's Blood side project and it is pretty good--all the girls are seasoned pros. Oiran and Raitei are the 1st 2 singles--you guys should check them out. Here's the link for Raitei czcams.com/video/lh-dVLKP314/video.html
Love Nemophila. Oiran is different and cool but Raitei is just effin awesome. Singer's voice is unique but goes from 'WTF' to 'that's dope' pretty quick. And these guys need to do more Lovebites LIVE. There are a ton of recent uploads from the Five of a Kind 2020 show with English subtitles. Can't go wrong as they're all fantastic. Crusade is great and channels Maiden perfectly, but for old school thrash style go with Thunder Vengeance, Holy War, and Break The Wall.
You grabbed the wrong version this is just a promo version there is a full uninterupted one lovebites formed in 2016 founded by 2 members from destrose miho bass player and herana drummer nothing to do with bandmaid .
The two songs you did before were Shadowmaker (with the promo in the middle) and Rising (on the cliff). Band-Maid don't do guitar duels because the second guitar just does rhythm so far, though we're all waiting for the day she busts out in a solo.
love it, my fav song by them along with Don't Bite The Dust! here's the FULL video, without the stupid middle interruption their idiot record label throws in and the full ending. you can save on your favs or library list. czcams.com/video/ueKyQ4xI-mY/video.html
Crusade is an amazing song and I really love Asami's vocals on this one, they are so powerful the whole way through.
'Aces High' my friends, same structure.
Lovebites Holy War... For the next reaction please..
Its on the list .

String has electric pentagram i put it on itunes its pretty good .
I love this song but that pause in the middle kinda kills it.

Fate Gear has reuse a lot of Destrose songs. Destrose is short for Desert Rose they had a pirate gimmick in Fate Gear they have a steam punk gimmick.
I am a fan of both Stryper and Queensryche. Michael Sweet is a great singer and Oz Fox is an amazing guitarist.
Stryper is an amazing band there live shows are great .
You took promo video the best are live that is the t ribute to Ironmaiden Aces High better listen to their last pieces Holy War or Thunder Vegeance etc from Live in Japan 2020
