As a teacher, 5.0 is just fine. But yeah, it doesn't mean that you can speak in English, you are already a good speaker, She has a lot of fillers, her idea is complicated, the main thing is really her grammar, she's just speaking without thinking just to answer. She needs to imporve her enunciation.
