@@gen4548 Firstly, I think they meant Festival Plates. And it depends how much CC you have spent since the end of the last Legends Festival until the start of the next one.

Once two weeks... The frieza's voice return for pain
This was my most lucky banner, getting Ultra Golden Frieza 2 times with the first rotation. This is also my first ultra character that i got above 5 stars (rose, gogeta blue, vegito blue and ui-sign goku are all 5 stars), so overall i can happily keep saving until either anniversary or something really cool drops before that.
Edit: about the last year ultra releases, Rose dropped 43 days after Hit, and then Kid Buu also dropped 43 days after Rose, while this Frieza dropped 27 days after Gohan, so that's a new record for Legends.

I don’t know about this, I’m F2P and I started playing in December and I have 8 star LF gohan, 8 star UI Gohan (I did 3 rotations) and 5 star UI Frieza (I did 3 rotations).
I got shafted on UL Goku and a few other banners, but it changed when I stopped summoning every time I got cc and for every banner. Rather build up and wait.
I'm F2P, and I about got every single unit no problem but with Gohan and Frieza my luck has been bad

I used to think if I worked hard enough I could better and I did for a time. But legends festival 2023 happened it was all down hill form there. I only get two of the LFS and one sparking. When the super 17 banner got out I couldn’t get him. When the LF spirit bomb kid Goku came out I couldn’t get him. Even on the ultra Gohan banner I couldn’t get him and I didn’t have enough CC to keeep summoning so I had to wait until the banner was gone.

F2P players will sometimes just get one or two copies of characters then get overpowered by the meta units who have there characters 10-14 stars
