The quality seems to awesome because while frying puri oil is used very fresh.
U can filter the used oil and get same look as well
Glad to see fresh oil being used for puris. Rice seems single polished basmati...which is nutritious and tasty.

They are all going to smell like ..Masala ... that's it.same same 🤣.. U can see the heavy masala in those foods...idk why western people glorified Indian dishes..in which secretly we added huge amount of Masala...and there's no point in Adding different kinds of masala when preparing any food .. it's gonna have that strongest masala scent... might be chicken masala or meat Masala.
