Hello, friends! 💕 Today's video is short and sweet, but I'm super excited to show you the last compact in this series! 💗When I think of lemons, I can't help but remember a shirt I bought from Kmart when I was about 9 years old. It was my mom's birthday...or perhaps it was Mother's Day. Anyway, I picked out this shirt for her that had various citrus fruits displayed on the front, along with the words "Sometimes Sweet, but Mostly Sour." When I analyzed the shirt with my child brain, all I saw was a very true statement about citrus fruits. I didn't realize what the shirt might insinuate about the person wearing it. When my mom opened it, I could tell from the questioning look on her face that our brains analyzed it very differently. 😂 Sorry, Mom! You are as sweet as they come. 🥰 But it really was a cute shirt. 🍊🍋🍊🍋
And for the other compact, of course we wanted to see that Rachel. Please show us that one. 😍🥰
Thinking back, I guess I showed it briefly in a sort of haul video, called My Recent Polly Purchases. My memory is terrible... but it’s right there in the thumbnail of that video. 🤦♀️😂 But I don’t think it was super in depth…though who knows since I apparently can’t remember anything lol.

I regret not buying these, I remember being so mad because they changed the original Polly. Now they look so cool!
I don’t even remember seeing these when they first came out. I suppose I wasn’t strolling through the toy aisles much by that point. But I know when I got back into Polly as an adult and I saw the early 2000s ones I was appalled. 😂 Then I guess I got tempted enough by the cute little animals to buy the Tropical Pets set and I realized the 2000s sets weren’t so bad after all! Definitely different from 80s/90s Polly and they clearly don’t have the same type of charm. But they have a magic all their own. 🥰 And I genuinely love all the 2000s sets I have! 💗💕

Haha, yes, but I didn’t realize that till after the video went live. 😂 I totally forgot that I had shown it in that haul video. I guess because I showed so many things so it just didn’t register. But it’s even right there in the thumbnail. 🤦♀️ After I realized, I actually thought to myself that you would probably remember that I already showed it, and I was right! Haha 💗

I love these scented sets. I was thiiiiiissss close to having the green apple when the Etsy shop owner messaged me she’d sold it and forgot to list it 🙄 aauughh the struggle… she’s real! Anywho I’m sure that adorable lemon is deeelightful 👃🏻 🍋 😂 it looks delicious, probably a Meyer 😁🫶🏼

According to onlypollypocket.com, there are only four. However, when I was looking more into these a couple weeks ago, I did see a picture of one that was the exact same shape on the outside as the cherry, but it looked more purple/blue. I thought maybe it was a grape set, but I couldn’t find anywhere online that said a grape one was a thing. So I assumed it was just a cherry set that somehow looked really dark. Of course now I can’t even find that picture haha. But can it be there is a sneaky blueberry set out there and there is absolutely no record of it? 🤔
