Tu as laver la viande de mouton avec de l’eau simple ou accompagner de quelque chose ?

Hello très chère. La plupart du temps je lave la viande avec du citron ou du vinaigre blanc. Mais pour le mouton faut laver rapidement enlever de l’eau pour de pas dénaturer la viande
