We talk in terms of hairs, not grafts SP. For a true comparison, it’s impossible to base a decision on a per graft method unless you know the number of hairs per graft, which varies by clinic.
In a single hair graft scenario, 3,000 grafts equals 3,000 hairs. In a double hair graft scenario 3,000 grafts equals 6,000 hairs. Most people have no idea how many hairs per graft doctors and hair restoration clinics are providing when researching.
That said this patient received 6,000 hairs in total. Doctor Matt Huebner preformed this procedure.

Im new to this whole procedure, i would like to know what maintainence is like after the procedure? Does hair continue to grow or are follow ups required? If i trim my hair real low after surgery, does it grow back?

Was this the fue method of transplant or the hue? And is it or was it possible to lower his hairline down more?
Hello Artesz 24 and thanks for watching. This was HUE. The hairline is decided on by the patient but it is possible to go lower. We don't recommend going too low as it can look unnatural for someones age.
So other than it being unnatural in terms of looks upon the age, its still possible and still up to the client to decide how low they want it?

This seems like a great procedure for those who are extremely self conscious about going bald. I for one will be shaving my hair bald. But I could see recommending this to a friend. Would more hair fall out of his hair within time? Would he need a second hair transplant in 15 to 20 years.

Okay, I like your method for getting more hair vs other doctors. However, what really concerns me is the scar. I know Jay's scar is hidden by the thickness of hair, which is great, however, a lot of times I will have my hairstyle just like Jay's but with a fade on the sides and back. The won't be skin faded but it will be a 1 where you can see hair and skin. Will the scar still show with that style of haircut? If so, do you guys offer any treatments to hide the scar better?
Donor hair and tissue comes from the back of the head. After removing the tissue the donor area is sutured closed only leaving a paper thin segment. At a half-an-inch hair length our physicians guarantee nobody will see suture line/donor area. With some patients the suture line is virtually undetectable after a few week with others it could take longer to heal/fade.

What norwood is he after?
Hi Champ1988. The Norwood scale usually applies to people prior to surgery, not after.
@@naturaltransplantsclinic in general; what class can he be considered to be in, post-op? Meaning if you saw him on the street, irrespective of surgery? Mine is similar, for example and just wanted to establish a barometer.
You wouldn't be on the hair loss scale anymore. Jay for example isn't on the scale post op.
