@KyokaXSuigetsu If the games (VS and Relink) have the same goal of expanding the audience and have it as an entrypoint to the licence, then yes an english release is highly plausible

When I saw platinum games I new I was about to see anime movie level graphics and gameplay and I was not disappointed felt like a anime fight right there.

i think that the party of the main story has like 8-9 characters, and they already make 4 additional characters in the multiplayer gameplay
i play for two years in the original game and i have 250+ characters in my party... and i'm sure that i'm missing like half of cast, since it seems to release 1-3 characters every fucking month.
of course we can't expect all of them but... the sheer amount of characters that this franchise have... its just ridiculous.
If Narmaya is in the game, that's enough for me xD.

Looking back at this trailer where Furycane's 2nd form had cyan hair instead of green, I love how they made it end by showing the 2nd form destroy everything and imply they died or something. In the actual game, they actually defeat Furycane's 2nd form. Good thing they didn't scrap it.
If that cliffhanger was actually real, Granblue Fantasy Relink's story would've been over already.

It's hard to believe it's almost here. I like many of you have been waiting for this game for so long now. If it does everything it looks like it's trying to accomplish, it may end up being one of my favorite games of all time. That's how confident I am in this game!

@@DewMan31 Absolutely! The game looks amazing in every single aspect. Especially considering the fact that I got into Granblue and have gone through the main story and a lot of the side stories - it'll make the experience even better.
@@gremmy5339 I learned about the series right after GBVS was announced. I only have passing knowledge of a bit of the game and I have played a bit of it, but I'm going to try to catch up with the main story in preparation of this game

unfortunately with those 3 years, my interest in this game had already waned so much that at this point I don't even care if it's cancelled or delayed even more

Be warned though, a lot of anime games except for a few made by competent developer like ArcSystem are always flash before substance.

I was wondering the same thing. I find this footage nicer than recent gameplay footage.
i thought i was crazy for thinking like this. i agree that old footage somehow looks better. idk, it's not really about the graphics, but the combat just feels snappier? the current one feels very floaty and slow, almost like the hits doesn't have that much impact. the older footage shows that attacks feels more satisfying to land. that and i personally feel like what we have now has attack annimations that doesn't belong in a fast paced game like this

No character creation. Main story, you’ll either play as Gran or Djeeta. Multiplayer, you can play as any character you unlock.

nope. This game is based in Granblue fantasy mobile game. Gran (the dude playing) will be your character... or her female counterpart.
with luck, you will get the other clases since MC can do all the jobs in the game, But GBF isn't really about character customization sadly.
