I never knew the techniques used in modern Olympic taekwondo sparring (with the electronic detectors) could look so beautiful.
In competition, the kicks are very fast, and it's hard to appreciate for someone like me who doesn't do taekwondo sparring. It's easier to appreciate the beauty of Muay Thai (at least for me it is). But watching your training makes all of the modern Olympic sparring techniques look so beautiful.
Your kicks are so smooth and your legs are floating in the air....thanks for great tutorial..will surely try it at home..

Thanks so much for these! I'm still healing from a broken hand after compounding it in a punch in a match...missed most of the beginning of tournament season. With this virus my school is doing these classes as well, and it's nice to challenge myself and push myself back into fighting condition!!!
