For the past month, I have made a completely new Backrooms map which currently has 11 levels(in the video there is only 9) If you are wondering where is the old map well, there is a community tab explaining what happened to my old map, hope you have access to it..

as someone who also made the backrooms with the exact same blocks i feel so happy im not the only one who didnt use addons for something like this.
also i would reccomend getting any brown block of your choice and putting them in lvl 0.
i did this aswell and something that makes it better is that since a singular pixel of another bamboo block is visible because of that type of grass. it atleast doesnt look like the brown block is just taking of the entire space.
after i did this to my backrooms it looked so much more fancy and unique

hey nice work on the map. but i have a question how did you make that key door that lead to enigmatic level 14
Basically, there’s a command testing if you have a key named Military key, when it detects its close to that door, it sends a signal playing a lower pitched skeleton step and setting a block under the door to a redstone torch so it opens

@@tekgamesMC Hehe. I just wanna help! I see a lot of people miss the mark with Backrooms games cause they try to change them. Too often they do this, sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Now i could understand if we had a few lore accurate games. This is sadly not true, cannot remix something that hasn't been mixed lol. I will be rooting for you! Checking on each addition, and try to be constructive!

And when this map is out I’m gonna play it 24/7 also tek you inspired me and are the one who inspired me to build the backrooms as well as the level design. So tek. How did you make level 1 blackouts? Im making my own backrooms world and only know 2 commands for command blocks. (/tp and /say)
I used daylight detectors
@@tekgamesMC Wait so like a daylight detector next to a command block? Then how did you make it only happen in level 1? (Sorry if I sound a little rude)
Well I used clone commands to place the daylight detectors and when you exit the level, it gets rid of the daylight detectors

Although this is absolutely awesome I'm also really sad. I've been working on a back rooms build in Minecraft for the last two weeks just to find that someone has already done it but better. You even had the exact same ideas as me such as the Manilla room, the M.E.G and all the bases including Traders Keep and Traders Vault. Damn.
I know im late replying, but even if someone has kind of done it better in your eyes, it’s ok, just keep doing what your doing and keep up the good work. I hope your Backrooms map will go greatly!

Use cheesy cheses Backrooms behind the scenes. But for wall No Ideas
Just use a command block that detects when you are stepping on a block.
At least you didn't draw some words on the wall.
I'd use the strip bamboo to make walls to make backrooms

I’m not sure if it’s possible since idk how the hell Java commands work and I would have to redo all the commands, you could go check out cheesy chess’s map if you want to play a Backrooms map in Java

I made the same thing but smaller, no levels and the floor is sandstone slabs (smooth) for wood under the actual walls (no reskin)
I also made another one but with my reskin and has 4 levels (Level 0, Level 1, Level Fun =) and Level 2, im still working on Level 3)
Update: Level 3 and Level 4 are finished
How did you do the clipping? I use the radius command
test for @a[x=~, y=~, z=~, r=~] put your XYZ coordinates where I put the '~' and the R is range so if you put R= 2 the player would be detected from 2 blocks radius in the coordinates, 1 is the minimum range
when you have done that put it on repeat always active, put a comparator and repeater facing out of the command block and put a command block in front of the repeater and put whatever you want in the block, it will be activated when it detects the player, if you wanna do no clip use teleport commands in it

how did you make the entitys, im makin a backrooms map with my gf n we are trying to learn how to get them
I just use a repeating replace item command to get armor onto like a zombie or something, I also give them a weapon sometimes with /replaceitem depending on the entity, there is also a set of commands which constantly give them speed and strength so they can catch up to you and actually substantially hurt you
