Recently in a technical seminar, all the speakers were awarded plants as mementos and you know what, i was the happiest to watch that. I so much wished i was one among those speakers 🐣🐣
I too am obsessed with plants and trees, after 8 years mango tree has produced two mangoes ,I went literally mad trying to find its variety ,Igrew a cork tree which is blooming first time with white fragrant flowers, I'm too thrilled to see the trees growing.Nice video, I really enjoyed.
Oh my! I do the same. I thought I was crazy, my friends would avoid to walk anywhere with me because of this issue. but I am not alone. What a relief! Yesterday I was on the way to shop for some outfit but there were many nursery house before the mall that I endup coming back home with and only 15 different kinds of plants.😁😁😁

One extra symptom is carrying plants and seeds from offshore tours and trying hard to sneak them thru the airport security...😁

The "Restless to see it grow" part is so relatable. Especially with some ZZ leaves tucked into the potting medium. It has already been 6 months. Neither the leaves dry up, nor they pop up some shoots up the surface. Sometimes I feel like yanking them out of the soil just to see. My patience is thinning out 😜.

Two years back when I went to kerala...I had collected almost seven plants on a trip of 5 days
And finally I forgot the entire bag at the hotel
But then I called up the hotel and asked them to plant them in their garden....they happily oblidged...
I usually do the same for my school garden

All good. You forgot the part where keep spotting plants on vacation and then lamenting how weather at home isn't good for some of them :) Maybe could have even added that we watch tonnes of youtube videos / read blogs related to the hobby.

I literally just stole a young adenium from a house 3 streets away from ours during typhoon Rosita here in the Philippines.
It was outside their house and I thought that they would'nt notice it missing.Then I noticed it had soft roots so I just save it's life

Loved the video for the content production quality and ofcourse your passion for plants. I especially relate to the nursery visit and obsessing if my plants are watered while on vacation. I take it further, I carry a pair of scissors in.my.purse so I can snap a stem from a road side plant if I like,:-(

Omg, the Sam e symptoms are with me. My eyes always searches for the plant, cutting and seed. Cutting to main Kahi se bhi le leti hoon. I always carry one small polythene with soil for cutting. 😄😄

I tried propagating plants from bouquets! Some of the roses in bouquets come in beautiful shades not found at regular nurseries... And oh yeah! Picking up cuttings from roadside plants. So relieved to know there are people like me.. ! My balcony is so full.. i have donated many to friends, neighbours and society garden! :D

To start it was just a milk bottle in her pram, when we return it was... few cuttings of some roadside plants , samne wali aunty se manga hua mint..and a milk bottle in her pram.
