Hey tag, the balance aspect of the pistol squat is actually just stability - which comes from loading more into your glutes and less into your quads/hip flexors and also from abducting (externally rotating the knee) throughout the range. It takes a lot of trust to learn to do that which is why it helps to start with box pistols or TRX pistols so you don't worry about falling and can just focus on the proper technique. Good luck with the grind - you'll have it in no time!

Yeah I'm currently doing progressions on the box at my apt gym! I'm making a lot of progress since I started off messing up every time even with the box Now I can do the lowest box on both legs staying completely stable. Can't wait till I'm able to hit my first pistol squat :D TY for all the tips

Love these streams but I miss not being there live with you but if this works better for you then that is fine. My goals for this year is to be outside more. So, I will be planting some berries and doing some gardening and I will also be beekeeping! I've read the Beekeepers manual and will be visiting an old high school teacher of mine bee farm to get some hands on experience! I'm super excited! I will continue to update you on how things go!

Hey Jake! Im a new subscriber! Ive been watching you for a couple of weeks now. Love the content brother ! Its hard to find a family friendly stream like your's! You asked us what are our goals this year , man oh man, ive got a list for you! Before i was called into ministry, i always wanted to be apart of the Tribe Gaming team, but ... those dreams were crushed pretty quickly.😂 This year ill be graduating out of high school! Ive also gotten my first vehicle last week! As of right now , im looking to get my feet planted in finding a job! Which ... shouldnt be too hard ! Ive been going to the gym for 7 months now! And im good friends with a lot of people there ! They offered me a job at the gym , so i shoukd be working there in the next couple of weeks! The big goal is to start getting money for Bible College! I want to attend West Coast Baptist College in Cali, and i do NOT! Want any money problems while im there! 😂 For Bible College , most are very affordable! By the end of the four years at college , it will come out to be 48k ! Which seems like a lot of money for me because ive never had a job before , but God will provide , He's always blessed the ones that fallow Him! Theres a couple of my goals brother ! Hey Jake. If someone tells you that you look blurry and you know it isn't your focus on your camera, it is on the viewer end. They have to change their resolution setting, You Tube has a habit of auto changing to a lower resolution setting. They have to select the cog icon in the top right corner of the screen and select a higher resolution setting.

is 2.9 miner balloon cycle good in this current meta? i find the deck fun to play but idk if its good for climbing ladder. Loved the stream ma guy ❤
Balloon cycle is harder to play if you ever match into canoneer often. Since even alone the balloon just gets ONE shot on cannoneer tower if the opponent refuses to respond. Balloon gets popped by it too easily BUT balloon still works behind a lava hound quite well
