  • Hey guys! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch my Autoethnographic Dance Film : ‘Who Said Zebras Can’t Dance?’
This was made as part of my assessment for my second year at London Contemporary Dance School, but I felt like it was so important to publicly post it to raise awareness for all the Zebras out there, to begin to create more room for disabled bodies in the industry.
The film is VERY choppy because I had a maximum time limit of 22 minutes, and I had so much to cover. I’ve had multiple problems uploading this video, and the picture quality seems to be non-existent since uploading to CZcams. Nevertheless, I hope you find it informative :)

Thank you for showing the realism of zebra life!!! As a fellow stripey warrior and ex dancer I really appreciate this video and your time to make it. I hope you are managing your EDS physically and mentally and I wish you well on your journey 🦓 I would like to see how you go about gym work too as I want to go back to the gym but am worried. I've learnt alot from watching this about how our body works which is eye opening and valuable. I am in a wheelchair now and feel it's never too late to take care of our bodies. 🤍🖤 your dancing is beautiful too.
