- Montalbano riceve la visita dell'ingegner Sabatello che gli porta alcuni filmini girati per decenni dall'ormai defunto padre che raffigurano sempre la stessa cosa: l'inquadratura fissa di un muro. Il commissario intuisce che dietro quelle pellicole si nasconde una remota vicenda dalle tinte tragiche e fosche. Nel frattempo nella scuola frequentata dal figlio di Augello due individui a volto coperto fanno irruzione nell'istituto, e seminano il terrore nell'edificio.

Best thing on the BBC , absolutely unmissable , love it, every character utterly perfect . The interaction , can be funny , sad , sarcastic , thoroughly recommend it . Salvo is gorgeous and they actually eat and enjoy it . Fabulous .

I left a like for the nostalgia from watching this on SBS Australia but with subtitles ! The settings show a period of architectures unlike anything in our part of the world !

Sono un americano di origini siciliano-italiane, totalmente. La mia famiglia è emigrata tra il 1890 e il 1903 negli Stati Uniti. Prima di tutto mi fa male il cuore vedere cosa sta succedendo in Italia. In secondo luogo, ritorno alle mie tradizionali origini siciliane cattoliche e che Dio protegga tutta l'Italia, Santa Maria e San Guiseepe preghino per l'Italia.
Sfortunatamente, sia Camilleri lo scrittore del Montalbano che Sirioni che hanno diretto tutti gli episodi precedenti sono morti entrambi l'estate scorsa. Mi chiedo senza Camilleri come consulente e Sironi che dirige quanto saranno belli gli spettacoli futuri.
Me encanta la serie, me gustaria la subtitularan en español!

I love those series of Montalbano, a few years back I used to watch them here in the US but they don't put them on TV anymore. My uncle lives in Italy. He was surprised I knew about this show.

Bit the language of Montalbano is siciliano dialect, it' s very difficult ti traslate.
I ' m calabrese and for me it' s complicate sometimes to understrand the language, thete are espressione that are impossible to traslate.

I discovered this series recently, I'm really enjoying it. They're showing the young Montalbano at the moment. He's a bit more brash and impatient, he obviously mellowed with age! It's a great series, though
