I think all you need for the ball joint size is to instead of doing a 1 part mold do a 2 part mold, cleaning out the hot glue from the helmets between parts.

You probably could have the helmets work with an underside mold to get the ball joint in there. Might make that helmet unusable though

i really wanna do the same thing but with ABS plastic. unfortunately im not sure if regular resin molds would hold up to the heat of the plastic
I don’t know if you’ve already tried or not to make the helmets glued upside down you could get the ball joint but the hot glue may cause the cast to have a weird flat crown look at the top but I will try and let you know in a future more recent clip or video you do

Why not take an old figure and stick in the mold while its drying out for the ball joint size
With this you could make accesories? like weapons, backpacks, and jet packs?
You can but you would need a better plastic

The music was a bit distracting, I'd recommend you normalize the track so that the loud parts aren't fighting your voice for dominance in the mix and the quiet parts are still audible
You could mold a halo 3 Master chief and an Arbiter and make them into statues

Maybe you could place the helmet into the silicon, then pour more on top to get the ball joint?

I believe you can make weapons but I am unsure if a figure would be able to grab them...
Yea you can make the guns but you can really make them useable like a normal gun
