Today’s electronics can also react faster than homelander can and if iron man fights with the help of an AI such as Friday or Jarvis, he can just straight up dodge anything homelander can throw at him.

You didn't even bring up Ironman's greatest power, his intelligence. True, that does get implied with his gadgets (which I'd think his suit's AI could keep up with Homelander easily and counter that slight edge he has), Ironman would EASILY out-think Homelander and innovate new weapons until one of them got the job done. Needless to say, I agree with the result lol.
Plus tony has fought people far out matching him. So he has actual fighting skills too.
Gotta admit, Homelander almost has a chance against Ironman during the first few MCU movies before Tony starts scrapping with Thor (who, even early on, violates the entire verse with ease). Literally every suit after Avengers will fold Homelander like hes a street tier thug, bar maybe the briefcase suit.

I don't know about Maeve being able to stab Homelander being a huge strike against him. As mentioned, it's a more sensitive part of the body. It's possible that she generated enough force to where the object she was using didn't matter that much. It's like the stories you hear about tornadoes throwing things with such force that instead of breaking, they get embedded in concrete or a telephone pole

spiderman, captain america both severely outspeed homelander as they are both massively hypersonic+, both dodged supersonic gunshots with ease, spiderman kept up with cap who dodged lasers in age of ultron, then cap has mjolnir, even if you count that out, he threw hands with thanos and actually staggered him without mjolnir. now MCU spiderman is kinda weak as he does not have enough feats so he scales around building level, but with his tech and his much much much superior speed he would be able to get into you know, homelander's ear, eyes, other ways that connects with the inside. all this, MCU, i am not bringing in comics and games where spiderman fought the hulk pretty well, capable of stunning rhino with his punches who was able to tank a multi-city block level of attacks without much issue spiderman in one comic dogged the entire avengers and xmen squad solo, cap in one merged with pheonix force and became universal. wolverine in comics can regen from a cell, hulk... hes the hulk, and thor, they are the strongest for a reason. no homelander cant do anything unless its normal humans like hawkeye or black widow
This one’s the most subjective out of all the Homelander/Omni-Man vs I’ve seen. The answer really is, which iron man? What suit does he get? Because he’s got suits that solo them no sweat.

The MCU Iron Man with the Nanotech Suits seen in Infinity War and Endgame.
The win goes to iron man. He has so many versatile and unique suits, powerful in their own right, and has taken it up with beings stronger than homelander, je has this hands down. Heck, he has the numbers on his side as well. He was able to control suits remotely and has drones. Homelander is by himself. The odds are so stacked against him, it's hilarious.

Don’t forget that in Infinity War, Tony’s nanotech can “run out” if used too much or pushed to far offensively or defensively. He recognized and corrected this weakness and upgraded to a force-field shield in “Endgame”. So Tony’s actually slightly more powerful and his armor is slightly more advanced than what’s described here.
Beside that you forgot to mention that tony have tech that could just find a way to remove homelander's power.

Iron man was tanking punches from thanos when he had the power, space, reality, and soul stone. Not only that but he made thanos bleed whilst still having all those stones. Homelander got a nosebleed from a super strength punch. Already homelanders endurance levels are nothing compared to Tony’s suit

Tony's main disadvantage is reaction time, but tge suit's AI could make up for that. However, if Homelander is smart he would take the fight to the sky and employ a lot of aerobatic maneuvers, the suit's AI would have no problems in keeping up, but Tony would still feel the Gs.
I gotta say, Homelander being beat by a Normal person (even if its Tony friggin Stark), would be extremely awesome to see
HL and IM both share one major weakness - ego.
A lot of times IM removes his helmet to monologue. If he does before realizing HL has laser beam vision, then HL melts his head.

I just love how much the show hypes up Homelander when he's not even that strong compared to characters outside of his verse.
The entire scene on Titan just shows that Tony can fight people that are Thor and Hulk's level and not immediately getting killed which practically made him a God by The Boys standard. Homelander who runs away from Soldier Boy's big boom which only level building and can't lift an airplane because there's nothing to sit on isn't doing anything. And for anyone that says about his Laser or his strength, Tony took a brunt of the Power Stone for a about 5 seconds and only Thanos has shown to be strong enough to tear through the Armor, which the armor still repairs fast than he could land a killing blow on Tony's face. And of course throwing him to space ain't doing anything since Tony can just fly back to earth

The Russo brothers have stated in the commentary version of Infinity War that Thanos has infinite skin and obviously Toney made him bleed so take that as you will.
Also in a tie in canon MARVEL Comic Toney's Nano Tech suit is able to react to light speeds and create protection for him in a test.
one small thing, tony combat speed it on par with captain america, winter soldier, in the civil war movie, both of them are massively hypersonic+ as they are able to dodge lasers from ultron's sentries, able to consistently dodge, block bullets precisely which is also massively hypersonic+ feats and he later kept up with thanos who reacted to captain marvel top speed going for the quantum tunnel and managed to throw his sword to destroy the quantum tunnel before she could reach it , meanwhile speed feat wise homelander is only around hypersonic+ even with the feat of saving butcher capping at around Mach 10.28 to 18.2. even travel speed, tony is able to catch up to a spaceship that reached Q-ship that reached low orbit in seconds, thats Relativistic+ travel speed, theres no real backing for homelander being faster than ironman here, and how much faster is tony? dude probly can kick him like a football and homelander will only understand what happened after like 100 kicks

I think you can't go by how it looks on screen for speed feats. It's live action they can only do so much and have it look reasonable to an audience. These guys are dodging lasers and explosions easily. You need to really get into what they're compared against and to. If using them at their strongest, iron man would have one chance to snap homelander out of existence using the infinity stones at the cost of his own life.

from all these strength feats that homelander has displayed he die probably would die or at least be crippled by a nuke since he was hurt by a straw and maybe has the same type of durability as translucent so c4 up his ass should have an effect, he might also just be weaker than he looks and his only strength is laser eyes
Homelander is so inconsistent that it is hard to say. At his best, he moves at 520 mph and can tank the chemical plant he is in exploding. If we take this at face value he can blitz Iron Man.
However, he fights at the speed of a regular human when fighting for his life against Soldier Boy and co twice. He was also knocked out by a train falling on him (which he also failed to react to).
The C4 feat was absolutely immersion breaking. Even if homelander could go from 0 to 18000 mph (speed of a c4 shockwave) in a millisecond butcher would be paste.

Honestly, don’t bother trying to give Homelander a chance here, and just use Tony from the comics. His Mark II suit has enough power to blow up cities the size of Manhattan, and once you start going up from there it just gets so, so, so much worse for Homelander, as though he wasn’t already fucked enough.

Well it actually depends on what armor your having iron man on. If he's gonna be using the Mark 50 (Infinity War) Armor, he'd definitely break Homelander. Also, the Mark 85 (Endgame) Armor.
That is what he was using in this video though. This was pretty much both fighters at their peak so iron Man would be using his nanotech armor from Infinity war and endgame
