    This Countryball-style animation shows the timeline of the star Mu Cephei in the universe.

    Planetballs are basically same to Countryballs, the difference is the character, not countries, but space objects including stars, planets, moons and even galaxies.

    Infact Mu Cephei was one of the Few Reddest star in the Sky...
    If you found Cepheus Constellation...youll see a red Faint star which was Mu Cephei itself... Herschel called it as Garnet Star..

      @cryoraptora303tm2 Před 2 lety

      It only appears red because of how far away it is; extinction from the interstellar medium and gas clouds surrounding the star's surface washes out its light and makes it redder. Up close it would appear a deep orange colour.

      However Mu Cephei color isn't that the case since most of Red Giants and Red Supergiants even they are surrounded by Nebula...
      It is becuase of their Composition on their Surface.... typical Red Supergiants has abundance of Helium while the Carbon stars had much Carbon in Surface..
      The crazy thing also that V38 Monocerotis is labeled as L-Type Brown Supergiant star....due to Color spectra..the color of Star was due to chemical composition making mu Cephei a very few of the Unique Red Supergiants star on its class

    How will a possible future Population 0 star be, if it had a metallicity of more than 10% or 50%? Will they last longer with the same mass like a Population I star?
