Saw Inferi live in Spartanburg SC, one of the best bands live I have ever fucking seen.
This song will always be one of my favorites! The harmonics are insane. No matter how many times I listen, this always hits the spot.

I love how every solo is alternated between both guitarists and also the fact that they play harmonies that "walk" over each other. Adding an interesting layer of sound

If you believe in Satan then you are religious. If you think religious lyrics are trash then you must think this song is trash. People can write lyrics about religion all they want. There's nothing you can do about it. But when you have an entire song devoted to SATAN then that is pretty dumb.

Can't believe that people can be this dumb. Lucifer (or satan as you refeer to him) is not only depicted in bible. If I believe in Lucifer as a mythological character, I am...religious? Thats one of the shittiest argument I've heard. This song might as well been a mythological epic, wouldn't change a thing - don't instantly take the lyrics as meaningful, it can simply be a story thats sung over a couple of riffs. And lucifer IS the bringer of light if you translate the word. Religion just took it and butchered it.
And if that'll make you sleep better, no, I don't "believe" in satan/lucifer/belzeebub/etc(there's different religions surrounding each one), just like I don't believe in god. I don't care what you believe in. If being religious helps you - good. Now stop calling things you don't believe in stupid.

Yeah, to me it could be a really good thing (as opposed to someone saying ”it isn’t as brutal as their last release”). Most of my favorite music has come from bands that experimented a little and just did what they wanted rather than being safe.
Inferi is good enough that wherever they go with their music it’s going to be great, that’s the bottom line for me.

This song makes me jizz gallons every time I hear the intro. The guitar work is an absolute fucking masterpiece.
Malcolm, Steve, Mike, Spencer, and Andrew are just showing off with this brilliance. This is a fucking spectacular album and the lyric video is the absolute best it could have been. Which is obviously awesome. I'm so fucking stoked that I got the pleasure of living in the Artisan Era. Fucking masterpiece guys. Keep them coming. Can't wait to see you again.

never heard of you guys before. just gave it a shot because of the artwork and i'm please that it matches the music. this is why you need both good music and artwork. because if you have wank artwork done by a 4 year old but amazing music you're missing out on viewers but this is perfect. another good example would be rivers of nihil on their new albumwork.
