    Why don't Liberian just speak standard Liberian English when they go international

  • @meltyson
    @meltyson Před 7 lety +5

    This cat is a character yo lol.. how you claimed to be Liberian but speak with Ghanaian and Nigerian accents? Then you gonna talk about because of international standards lmao... we all know that Liberians speaks clear English then all other west African nations. I don't know if he has ever interact with educated Liberians, like the lady who's interviewing him 😂😂😂

      kehmel marshall
      I know.. she sure is, that's why since i discovered her videos from her input during the Ebola outbreak in Liberia _ I can't stop following her_ she's such a smart and beautiful lady .. I understand exactly what's he's saying_ to be honest, he doesn't speak with Nigerian nor Ghanaian accents either. He just speaks clear & intelligent and that's brilliant.
      I agree with you when you talked about some Liberians who speaks clearly, that is so true.
      I mean we have the most beautiful accent in Africa cuz we flip n change without recognition

    • @meltyson
      @meltyson Před 7 lety +2

      I do understand where you're coming from but never throw your ppl under the bus, even if they don't speak clear English . We gotta stay original plus I lived in Ghana and ik the accent. The Ghanaians and Nigerians that we imitate, always stay original no matter where they go

    • @thegigadykid1
      @thegigadykid1 Před 6 lety +1

      Some of the liberian Ghanaian/Nigerian actors speak with these these lane accents because they have to if they want to make it
      .truth be known Ghanaians n Nigerians look down on Liberians epically our accent. So they socially were forced to change. Although I'm very offended that he said Ghanaians and Nigerians speak more proper and more clear .when they really don't they are hard to understand they only now started sounding cleaer in there newer films
