I know! I really wanted to be super blonde so I’m kinda upset about it! I’m going back to get a consultation and hopefully they can brighten it up a bit more!!

£250 for minimal difference?! What did you specifically ask for and agree with the stylist on? I’m wondering how it turned out like that😔. However, don’t worry because it still looks great and healthy!!☺️

I agreed for a full head of balayage on his recommendation to get me to a beigey blonde and that it would start half an inch from my parting... which it definitely doesn’t! I’m going back sometime this week so hopefully than can move the colour a bit higher 🙏🏼

I know! I’ve got a consultation to see if they can fix it (hopefully free of charge!) they had my card details so I think they would have just charged the card anyway😫 thanks girl!
