Custom 14-40t cassette! A spinner's perfect gearing

After being fed up with road bikes having suboptimal gearing for beginner-intermediate cyclists or riders who like to spin or those who like to climb or need to climb with a lot of heavy cargo, I present to you a very good solution. It's an advancement of the popular 40t cassette roadlink hack. You sacrifice your 11t ,13t,15t cogs (which you likely rarely use, esp. the 11 and 13) in favor of 14t,15t,16t. This gives you much more precise control of your cadence, as well as avoiding chordal action, as well as making the roadlink hack shift much more predictably.
