- On 13th April 2020, I posted my first video here. So it's sort of the channel's first anniversary ^^
This time: a Bungou Stray Dogs AMV. This anime is awesome, look at the animation, look at the characters (I loved Ranpo for years)! And I really liked the concept of using a lot of literary references, I think it can motivate people to read more and discover new authors.

@@raves4276 Ranpo often acts childish in the anime despite the fact he is 26 years old, so he is "old" but not that much sometimes (this is what the lyrics are saying)

0:46 - "Old but I'm not that old" Shows ranpo who looks young but is 26 years old
0:48 - "young but I'm not that bold" Shows Atsushi who has been very depreciating of himself and his life because of his past, hence he isn't bold.
0:57 - "I feel something so right doing the wrong things" Shows Dazai in the dark era where he was in the mafia and was doing all wrong things but still enjoyed every single moment of it. SAme thing with fyodor who just enjoys it more.
1:13 - "everything that kills me makes me feel alive" Shows Dazai the suicide maniac
1:53 - "take that money and watch it burn" Shows Francis who is rich af
2:43 - from this point every member of the detective agency literally sings the song
2:48 - The Dazai and Odasaku parallel is just god editing
3:02 - The final glass and the title screen goddamn

I love how the lyrics fit the scenes you showed
You've managed to match the lyrics and the characters perfectly. Chuuya with "seek it out and ye shall find", Ranpo with "old but I'm not that old" because he's so youthful, Atsushi with "Young but I'm not that bold" and Kunikida with "I don't think the world is sold" because he's an idealist. Also, Dazai, Fyodor, and Fitzgerald are perfect too.
