I have only seen 16/20 but making this ranking was so damn difficult. 20-17 12 Angry Men, The Good The Bad and The Ugly, Goodfellas, Seven Samurai (I know, I need to watch these ASAP) 16.) One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (It's great but I don't remember much) 15.) The Matrix (I like it, it's cool but I still don't remember a lot that happened) 14.) Inception (I like it but I don't love it) 13.) Forrest Gump (I like it but it shouldn't have won best picture.) 12.) LOTR TTT (I love it and I was sad I left it off the top 10) 11.) Godfather 2 (It's one of the best but the first one is better imo) 10.) Schindler's List (It's incredible but it is really tough to watch sometimes.) 9.) Star Wars (I watch it all the time and it's amazing) 8.) Empire Strikes Back (Best Star Wars movie ever made) 7.) Fight Club (One of David Fincher's best but idk if its my favorite of his) 6.) LOTR ROTK (Amazing conclusion to the best trilogy of all time) 5.) Godfather (Perhaps the best movie ever made) 4.) The Dark Knight (Perhaps the best superhero movie ever made) 3.) Shawshank Redemption (Perhaps the best Stephen King adaptation) 2.) LOTR FOTR (I've watched this movie so many times and it is the best of the trilogy) 1.) Pulp Fiction (The movie that got me into movies. It's a masterpiece) Great video by the way! By any chance can you do top 10-20 movies that don't deserve to be on the Top 250? The number one that doesn't deserve to be on the list is Interstellar.

I really don’t understand. I'm only 17 and Schindler’s is in my top 5 favourite movies. Yet people older than me who know a lot more about film say it’s to unwatchable to be best movie of all time. I totally disagree. Just because a film is unwatchable and depressing doesn’t cheapen or worsen the film. Schindler’s will always hold a special place to me and no matter what people tell me it will always be a masterpiece
The Shawshank redemption is one of those movies where it’s either in your top 10 favourite of all time or it’s not even in your top 100. Personally I’m in the category who thinks it’s not even top 100
Jay Vaters Oh my word! You're a maniac! I wish I had seen as many movies as you. Your knowledge that you show in all your top 10 lists is so impressive.

Forrest Gump 3. The Godfather 2. The Godfather Part II 1. 12 Angry Men
@@jessebrucepinkman9834 Considering it’s a personal list, I think 12 Angry Men is placed perfectly. Schindler’s List is phenomenal and one of what I think are the 10 BEST movies. But I’m not rushing back to rewatch it a ton because it’s pretty depressing.
@@abdulzlitni2906 I get that Schindler’s list is incredibly depressing and unwatchable. However that doesn’t take away the fact that it’s a masterpiece. It’s my favourite Steven Spielberg movie and is in my top 5 movies of all time
@@jessebrucepinkman9834 I wholeheartedly agree it’s a masterpiece. It’s one of probably like 6 or 7 movies that are genuinely perfect. The fact that he went back to film school and turned that in as his final product is just the cherry on top. And I love Tom Hanks, but Liam Neeson was absolutely robbed at the Oscars that year.
The only ones on the list I haven't seen are Seven Samurai and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Once I've seen these two I will have finished the entirety of the top 20.
If I use anything it's independent reviews by critics and I see how well they rate the technical aspects as one of the most important factors, but when I see fight club, lord of the rings and Star Wars in the top twenty it leaves me with little confidence in what the imdb think. They just over rate everything!
The Dark Knight is a great and amazing film but I personally don't think it deserves to be that high on the list at #4. I honestly think LoTR The Return of the king and Star Wars and the empire strikes back are better films. those movies are in their right spots in my opinion but for the dark knight Id put it just a little bit behind those films I mentioned.
