Great video! However since I do not understand Suomi language, I would like to ask some questions. I see that your commander is equipped with the studded track. However, in all specifications and all used snowmobiles for sale I saw that usually commander comes with stock track with longer lugs, if not mistaken 1,75inch/4.4cm, which are more aimed for a deeper snow rather than icy trails or lake ice. For BRP snowmobiles tracks of 50cm wide in this lengths (154") usually are available as Ice Cobra WT, but those are not installed in the commanders. Therefore, my question: was this track stock installed in your commander, or you have chosen it as an option, or even replaced the original one with this? And is it an Ice Cobra WT? I ask because I see in the video for a short time and I am not able to figure out. I am looking for a used commander, but I definitely need with a studded tract. I know that for Lynx rangers, or ski-doo expedition there are options to choose studded strack when ordering. But for the used Commander I will probably need to buy a new track with the studs. And those studded tracks are not available in any shops in Europe as far as I have checked now. And general question: how do you like this snowmobile, any problems with it so far? Greetings from Estonia.

Hello! The studded track is stock. -22 brochure says Cobra 38mm (studded) and spring sale document icst (ice Cobra st?) This was my first studded track and I really like it. If buying a new sled and studded track is not in option list, your dealer might order studded track, change it and refund original track. I did that with my -23 Adventure. Generally, it's great multipurpose sled. Of course it's not for big jumps or race speed on the trail, then you need commander re. But reasonable speed, it's really good in long day trips. Handles every kind of work easily. Heated seat is great, should be in every snowmobile! No problems so far(4000km). 900 Ace has enough power for me, no need for turbo. Goes well in the lake if there's snow and water (before this I had 850RE).

Many thanks for such thorough insights!!! Now I will know what to look for. Just will need to decide between Lynx commander and ski-doo expedition :)

brp ice scratchers are almost must have accessory. Slider shoes melt easier in 50cm EasyRide than PPS suspensions.

    Millaiset kulutuslukemat sinulla nuissa kelkoissa,,,,600 ssa ja 900 sessa ?? Mulla 59 rangerissa,,,ace 600 sessa 20 l /100 km,,,😏

Tuolle 600:lle mittasin suht kovalla reitillä 11,8l/100km. Sen suuntaisia lukemia muulloinkin. Tuntuu rullaavan aika huonosti, oisko tela jäykkä.
