Thankyou! Definitely been a week that's been shorter on sleep. But I know we will have some slower times again this Summer before peak Hurricane season. This has honestly been a good practice storm to talk about if you will to get ready.

Good morning Mitch! Where's your hat it's not the weekend LOL. 🤭 I just want to say when I was watching you describe what's weakening the system is the troughing and the dry air as I was looking at tropical Storm Beryl, it looks like the dry air is trying to pull Beryl's pants off lol. As you can see it shearing away the bottom half of that system. I know people will laugh at this comment and that's okay laugh away, it's meant to be light hearted. Not disrespectful of anyone who is still in the path of this storm. Prayers for TX especially areas like Corpus Christi Galveston, Houston they're so low lying and Houston being built in a swamp, none of these areas can handle any kind of storm or tropical storm. Lots of flooding usually. God bless everyone and the animals!🙏🙏🙏❤

I wouldn't say major but definitely strong wind gust with a tornado risk.
beryl is having an epic convection blow up near the center, what you think of it? think she will have her core back before nightfall?
That's the beginning stages of it slowly getting its act together.
@@MitchWestWeather i was thinking it be faster with the blow up, its surprisingly slow. tho we had storms go from cat 1 to cat 5 in under a day before.

Is their a tornado threat from the tropical system? If so, is Georgia included?
it would probably only be in texas and maybe Louisiana (depending on how far east Beryl goes). Beryl essentially brings it’s own environment.
I doubt GA will get into the tornado risk but there will be one.
GfS is a joke been wrong all along, the Icon has been spot on since the start. I would go with the Icon path. More like a houston landfall.
