113.13 Ibn Al-Qayyim
Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas are two of the most powerful Surahs of the Holy Quran. The two Surahs are called “Al-Mu'awwadhatayn,” the two cries for refuge & protection. Our Prophet (s.a.w.) used to recite the 3 Quls, blow onto his palm and wipe them over his body (as much as he could cover).

Aap olive oil le aur Qu'ran us par parhe. Aur apnay se pehlay apnay poory body per olive oil lagaye. Saath hee saath pani per bhee Qur'an parhe aur wohee pani piye. Yeh tab karte rahe jab tak behtaree nahin mahsoos karay.
