- Who Where When Why What Which How - Question Words in English
We look at the difference between these common Interrogatives in English.
There is a cartoon picture showing an example of each question word with sentences showing its use.
Then there is a simple explanation and three more example sentences.
As a bonus, we briefly look at other uses of the question word HOW such as How often, How old, How far, How much, and How many?
At the end, there are 7 questions (one for each question word) which students need to answer about them and their life.
Finally there is a summary chart of uses.

I love this set of interrogatives, exactly this way. I've seen people render wh-words in a number of different ways. How did you arrive at this particular set of 7?

Hello, I have waited for your video since last Monday. Please, do not be late again, if you do not mind and that is because I am one of the millions who like your teaching method. those questions are cool and I enjoy answering them. Firstly, I love Tom Cruise and Angelina Jolie because of their great talent and history. I live in Yanbu, which is a small coastal city to the west of the KSA. I will tell you about the national day of the KSA as it is on next Sunday 23 Sep., it is the day that King Abdul Aziz unified the entire Kingdom. I want to learn English to gain more self-confidence. During my leisure time, I spend it with my family and sometimes hang out with my friends. As I am old and fat, I prefer both chocolate and pizza and few other stuff. Actually, my birthday is in August and I like to celebrate with my extended family especially with mom and my siblings.
I try to upload one video a week, usually on Wednesdays... if I have any free time for it. :)

Native speakers of English speak English very fast because they link words. Our CZcams teacher speak English very distinctively so that students can understand better. After LIKE you need an object or to say what you like. So the answer would be....
4. Because I like it.
1) My favourite actor is Robbie Williams who is unfortunately dead. I like him a lot because he was very professional and good at acting both in comedy and dramatic movies. “Mrs Doubtfire” is my favourite movie which I watched more times when I was a child.
2) I live in Lecce which is a small city located along south Puglia (Italy). Moreover, this area of our region is named “Salento”, where there is always “sun, sea and wind”.
3) The national day is on June 2nd
4) Because, firstly, it can always be useful. For example, my city is becoming a tourist destination more and more famous. Consequently, there are a lot of tourists who speak English very well, so I want to be prepared. Secondly, I want to improve my English because my target is the Academic version of IELTS test. Obviously, it is still early for me, but I will try my best.
5) I like being fit, so I usually go to the gym when I am free.
