Struggling with that myself. Just left my church because it is so fleshy and oppressive.
Tried so hard to find peace there, but just couldn't. The Holy spirit just wasn't there.
It used to be, but it's deteriorated so much in the past year.
Sad, but hopeful that the Lord is taking me on to something new.
He told me this exact thing. I have left my assembly of 7 years for this
I've been an outside the house prophet for over 25 years. I go in the building from time to time on special assignment, then come out. I just stayed at a place for a year until I had to pull an Elijah move and run for my life.
This morning as I was speaking to Father God , He put the words in my mouth to say "Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees." Get rid of every root of bitterness. I am birthing a new thing within you.

I'm not against going to fellowship either and I miss it at times I admit but I gotta be led by The Spirit. The sad part is when you hear a Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Apostle ect. call it demonic if you don't go to a building on Sunday. I literally heard this at a Church I was at. If I was a babe in Christ with no understanding I would fall for it. I get SOME of these people mean well by saying this. Some are actually concerned about your soul which is good. But we gotta understand to go to God in prayer about ALL things. We need to use wisdom. If you were on a sinking ship would you stay on it and drown with everybody else? Of course not. The Lord knows more than half these ministries are compromised. He is preserving His Chosen few that actually will hear and heed to His voice. Though many may not understand the call of God on our lives lets respond with love and compassion regardless of how another man or woman of God feels. Always remember OBEDIENCE is better than sacrifice. God Bless.
That’s crazy. I was just talking with myself amongst God and I’m like “I don’t want to go to church anymore because I feel I’m “outgrowing it”.” But that’s when God gave me the message, “That’s why you must continue to go, to help cause change/impact, help them to see my vision.” I just told my pastor it’s harvest season yesterday. It’s time for us to diligently search for and rescue his flock and bring them in/home. The Shepherd and the sheep. It’s time for much more outreach and less sitting in the church.

As Children of God we are the Church . A lot of these churches want to be friends with the world and be okay with the LGBT community and they’re the church for the world not for the end times
Well here’s the thing about lgbt how can they get saved if they keep getting judged in the church that makes no since that’s y they don’t go to church because the judgement GOD says come as you are❤

Confirmation ✔️ I prayed over the weekend for God to reveal my church home, after walking away last winter. This morning I saw an ad for my former church and started weeping uncontrollably. I kept thinking that I had no reason to feel so distraught, but this word is confirmation! My hunger and thirst for the Lord has been quenched ever since I walked away 🙌🏾 Glory be to God!!!
I came across this word on my home page. It’s definitely for me. I haven’t been in church regularly for 10 years after experiencing spiritual abuse. I’ve been praying for years for the Lord to lead me to the right church and he hasn’t. I sometimes feel condemnation for not being in a regular church and have been criticised by others believers. I read a statistic that by 2006, 43% of church goers had left the church. It also said many people were more excited about Father God after they left. I haven't been part of a church as we have known church since 2008, I miss the fellowship, but waiting to be lead. God is absolutely good!

I had been asking the Father for a church for years. When I began my sojourn with Him, I thought He'd provide a home for me, but He said, I'm not in the church so you don't need to be there. And over the years, these past five, He's given me dreams about clearing the actual building of the church out. And how He's instilling in us, the body as the actual church. Now when people hear my anointing, they always ask, what church do I go to. I simply state I am the church, and I continue to partner with God in how He sees that it's established.

Millie, when I saw the tittle of this video I was so impressed and said this is for me. I stopped going to church more than a year ago for so many issues. I’ve been asking my Lord why am I in this position when all I want is to serve and worship Him. People from church treat me different because I’m not with them. But what they don’t understand is that I’ve had more intimate experience with the Lord here at my house alone than in the building full of Christians! Thank you for obeying the Holy Spirit!

Thank you for this. I quit going to church because they have turned the music into concerts and it doesn't even feel like church anymore. I love worship teams, but lights flashing and smoke going? That's a bit extreme for a church service. I was also kicked out of my Baptist Church for getting divorced. It's very hard for me to go back to church. That's why I consider myself spiritual, not religious. I love the Lord, and that's what matters

@@52msdiane That's a good question! I think it all depends honestly on what church you go to. Some can make you feel like you're never good enough, while others want to help you through your worst of times and give you God's graces and love. I feel beyond blessed that God has brought Christians into my life who live by God's word, the man's. I feel like my walk with God has grown so much and everything I have been through has been teaching me to lean on him, and him alone. Not a man, not a job, not even family. Just him, and everything else will fall into place. 😊🙏

Around May, I had gone to a church in Media, PA after finally growing my relationship with Jesus consistently. I felt totally uncomfortable the whole time. I didn't feel the Lord there. It felt so plain compared to how His word had come alive to me. I prayed for months about finding a church, but He simply told me no. Then I inquired and asked Him again because I felt like I wasn't doing it "right". I prayed and asked Him for a sign outside of the church I should go to. He showed me a sign right outside of my building I call home. It was undeniable. I then got extremely anxious this last Sunday thinking i should go out to a church around here. The Holy Spirit whispered to me and told me again "no". So i am waiting for the Lord to tell me when I should look l, but I will stay put until it's comfirmed. Your video was the only confirmation I received. He has had me cut all social media except CZcams. All music except worship. All movies except family or faith oriented. Even eatinc no meat now. Spend many hours in studying the Word. The Lord has even told me to wait with starting work again. I'm not sure what all is coming, but I do know I am waiting on Him. Something within me is changing. Slowly. Yahweh is Lord. Jesus is Lord. This world is a mess, and the church needs to be refreshed and restored.

The Lord led me to leave religious corporations over 20 years ago. I had to leave the "church" to find The CHURCH...it was among members of the Body of Christ that learned truth! I thank Abba He pulled me out of the religious system into a true relationship in Christ Jesus! He had to teach me what Love is as He is sending me to the religious corporations to share the end times Gospel of Grace! Whooo hoo! Only God could prepare me for this...

Same I was ostracized and bring down because I decided to leave a toxic home church. I love and forgive them but I will never forget my experiences. Finding God beyond the church walls is the best.I pray things change for them as well I left 2018.God is my refuge and strength a present help in times of troubles.
Without even hearing this word in its entirety, it is such an important message at this time and well overdue. I was led away from the church years ago and was greatly condemned by other believers. But that was simply my specific path. We are not all called to brick and mortar week after week. The Lord was teaching me kingdom as opposed to religion. He didn't want me conformed to organize religion. The physical church is absolutely important, but I was led differently after a few years of being saved. It is so important for each of us to follow the leadership of Holy Spirit and not man.
This is actually wild. I've been yoyo-ing between churches. I really want to belong to a church but one place I like the worship a different place I like the sermon. But I always feel the Lord the most when I'm worshiping and praying with him in my living room.

Wow this resonates with me. I still remember when God called my husband and I out in 2018. He showed both of us visions and at first we hesitated. We’d never been through it before and of course there were those who said that if we did go…we wouldn’t be blessed and would miss the harvest. Needless to say, we didn’t miss a thing, but are still experiencing boundless blessings in many areas of our lives. Obedience will always be better than sacrifice. Who the son sets free is free indeed! 🙏🏽

You already blessed. You are one with God. Let go of the lies and just be who you are. Most of what is being taught in todays churches is just plain religion. Where I AM, GOD IS. When my home & entire mountain town burned 20 yrs ago, I tried going to Church when unwantingly being thrust into the city, after decades of worshipping God where his energy thrives, in the mountains, in the forests, where Jesus' love is radiantly present, in every leaf, plant, wildflower, tree, mountain lake & stream, & in the vast starry night sky, the gentle breezes, & the loving wildlife all around me. It was far too structured, & I found too many to be highly close minde, judgemental & critical of anyone, that didn't fit into their mold. God is In ME where ever I am, & my daily practices of faith, are between me & my Lord God, in my prayers for all humanity, & all life on this Earth.

I know you are speaking to me, I just got promoted to full time at work and have been feeling guilty for working instead of going to church but, I know deep down God's message is everywhere not just in church. ♡

Big time confirmation. All i wanted was to be a part of the church and on fire. Church after church, my excitement was changed to righteous anger as God kept revealing and exposing the lies and the enemy in the church to me. The lukewarm apathetic or even straight demonic new age teachings started to only dull me to a blunt blade. Then God told me in 2019 to walk away and not go back to any of these churches, but instead just be taught by him, and for the last 4 years, almost 5, thats all ive done, every day seeking God. The last 2 years i kept praying and asking God to lead me to a good church. It is an absolute detestable mess in so many churches in the usa, in a time when we need to be stronger and more on fire than ever, the church is so weak. But not the remnant, weve been pressing in with everything we have.
For one mega ministry i went to, Andrew Womack ministry, God gave me Jeremiah 23, and its an ugly picture. So many church goers are so decieved. And before anyone wants to shame me for saying names, God specifically told me to write it.

True but I think we can also respect our heavenly father by wearing modest clothes to church. It's holy ground when we gather together. Even some worldly venues have dress codes. He,is our king of Kings and Lord of Lords so can also worship Him modestly 😊

As matured brothers and sisters in Christ we know that the inside and the soul matters more than the outside. But a lot of Christians these days use this phrase lightly as an excuse to dress worse than unbelievers. If the inside is focused on christ then the outside will surely portray it.!!!! There should be a difference in a young believer than someone who is 20 plus in the church and dressing indecently to church. Even in the natural if a 20 year old will be in the primary school something is definitely wrong. Have you ever seen a Muslim girl or woman go to the mosque with mini skirts, tight jeans or showing their breasts????. In my 68 years on this earth I have never seen it and I have travelled in all 4 continents. They dress modest to serve their God and Christians who serve the most high God go to church as if they are off to a worldly club or a day at the seaside. We need to wake up and be honest. I was just talking to someone about this the other day. I explained to them that God was not leading me to a church and they tried to convince me that I needed a “covering” and that God couldn’t use me like this. I don’t have any desire to beat down the doors of anyone’s church. I get along just fine, me and God. I’m not a Lone Ranger, I’m not a renegade or a rebel. I am simply one who has a relationship with and is led by The Spirit of God. I have His Peace and Tranquility in my life.. I am lacking nothing except my name being on a building membership roll. I’ve had enough of it.. I’m waiting on God to tell me where he wants me to go. Until then, I will continue to pray.. Seek His Face… an wait 🙏🏾♥️

I've been out of the Church, over 25+ yrs. I was so INDOCTRINATED into my *Religion that I became blind & couldn't see what a Pharisee l was.
HE delivered me by His Word, through my daughter. Had it not been for her, and God's compassion, I'd be in a dark place today! God's grace is merciful to me! I love that you reminded me of the Fruit of the Spirit. I have to humble myself when talking to other "Christians" who are in deception, as I once was. I'm called to be a soul winner and I pray God reveals my calling to me! ❤

My husband and I walked away from our church 2 years ago. We could not stay in a church that was more concerned on being seeker friendly and shallow than being a true witness to Christ. The Holy Spirit ministered to us to leave. I felt His mourning on so many things.
We mourn that we can’t find a new church home but we are hopeful that God will place us where He wants us. HE has grown us in discernment, strength and abiding in Him. My heart breaks for what is happening in many churches today.

This confirms what I am doing right now. I have pulled away from being a part of a local church body. As a widow of over 3 years, I have experienced healing from many years of woundedness that caused depression by drawing closer to the Lord. He is enough.

Who else gets annoyed when Testimonies glorify the 'men & women of God' instead of pointing believers to glorify Christ? Last Saturday I literally woke up late in the night (2am) and this issue really disturbed my spirit..I couldn't sleep 😢..
I started asking myself whether it's I that has an issue especially mindset...I once visited a church and during worship and praise..I could feel an agitation in my spirit..like, nope! Something isn't correct! Especially when one of the praise and worship leader leads. I pulled away from the church in 2020 until 2021 late and I could confidently say that I got tremendous spiritual growth that time,,like it was my turning point. 2022, I got back to the gatherings and honestly, it's like am going through stagnation or a retardation of some sort. Spiritual Warfare has increased and am put at a place I keep telling the pastors 'pray for me' everytime 😳..it's like I moved from independence to dependence. Can Anyone here relate?? Or guys what's going on around us????????

Praise God! Thank you for mentioning that when things feel off this is a sign that I should not be following that person. God leads with His peace. Thank God for discernment of spirits. This is confirmation for me.
Confirmation! The LORD has been on my heavy about loosening myself from distractions and this is a Word I received from Him this morning:
“There is a great falling away and it starts with the House of God. My people are being distracted. Life is so loud that they cannot hear My voice. They must quiet themselves to hear My voice. If you are not rooted in My Word, you will be shaken. You will be moved. Let not your heart be troubled. If you stick to Me, I will stick to you”.
I made the decision to cut out TV. That’s a huge distraction for me and it’s been hard. Today is day 1. I must be obedient though. I know He’s serious, 🙏🏾

Ahhh what a power packed word addressing me personally. I’ve learned so much more out of church then in the church. Don’t get me wrong I watch church online for the praise and worship and there is word preached that I hear but each time I go to the physical church I know I’m not supposed to be there. I thought it to be Strange thought something was wrong with me.

And these last three years I've been working in churches. And as I worked in these churches it's been a horrible mess. The leadership wants to bend in the ways of the world and not bring people out of sin. It got to a point to where I quit my last job I had enough and it started affecting me so I wanted to keep my spirit intact so I left. For the last 11 years. I've been at my church and in these last few years I have seen aristocrats and foolishness. Things that I have prayed about and take him to the Lord. I really do love my church, but every time I get ready to go I get this crazy feeling as if I care about what they're going to say about me.

I was just talking to a friend from a fellowship where we I use to go there but God removed me and just yesterday felt pressured that I’m suppose to be back there and dreams they have had that I’m suppose to be there! But God has much more for me to do to minister to others! I’m just being obedient doing small stuff on IG yes in my car where God really speaks to me from and my kitchen and I definitely don’t have any glam look. When Holy Spirit says share I record and upload! Long story short you are definitely speaking to me, just don’t want to be bullied or manipulated to go back when God didn’t tell me to 🙏🏾 pray my clarity & strength. I used to have prayer at my home prior to 2020 I've been worshipping at home since covid. I've asked the Lord if I should go back to a local church and haven't felt led to as yet 🙏

This is so real. I've seen so much fakeness with these church folks I stopped attending church for 3 years!! How about I go walking around the park every Sunday walking with God and listening to the word. It feels more authentic to me and I'm still enjoying my personal fellowship with him and him only.

The Lord took me out of the church house in 1998. The Holy Ghost taught me, and I wouldn't take nothing for my Journey with Him. He called me to the office of Teacher, as well as Prophetess, and I am forever grateful unto Him for counting me worthy to the Call on my life. I give Him All The Praise, Glory, and The Honor.
I was feeling so condemned about this, even thought I will miss the blessing he promised me and what he called me to do wouldn't come to pass because I am currently not attending church (physically) though I spend so much time with him (the Lord), dwelling in his word and praying, and today it was worse. I'm so glad "I sought the Lord and He answered" Psalms 34:4-5. I will continue to trust him and obey as the Holy Spirit leads me. I will re-listen and get it to my spirit. Thank you Lord for answering❤

About the saints. That is exactly how I feel. We should not forsake them. Yes. They should be remembered and honored, but never prayed to. Bible tells us this.
