Inside The WORLD'S BIGGEST Futuristic Mall (DUBAI MALL)

- In this video I go through the futuristic city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on the metro and straight in to the world's biggest mall known was the Dubai Mall. It is huge and has an area of 12 million sq ft or 1 million square metres. Inside the mall is the famous Dubai Aquarium with sharks, stingrays, mantarays and other fish. There is also an ice skating rink inside as well as a waterfall and many other interesting things. In the coming videos I will be exploring and going up the Burj Khalifa, and also going to the Marina and the famous JBR beach, as well as the palm jumeirah, and the aquaventure waterpark. Some of the drone shots in this video are from storyblocks.com and I have a license to use them.

Dubai appears to be a nice clean city. The litter laws must be enforced and/or the inhabitants most respectful. Fortunately, the skywalks are air- conditioned. I don't believe that I could take 110°F temperatures. I am looking forward to your next episode, William. 😊
Yes there is no crime or trash. Everything is on point. The temperatures will go down to 75 in the winter I heard

Hi William! I'm so glad you are doing better. You look great. When viewing this video, I see a just a few similarities between Dubai and Minneapolis, USA. The skyway system in Dubai is representative of the skyway system you can use to walk the entirety of downtown Minneapolis. These skyways keep out the elements. In the case of Minneapolis, its the snow and bitterly cold temps, during the winter. Also, the Dubai Mall has little hints of the Mall of America included, as part of its overall framework. I think its really cool that the Dubai Mall has its own hockey rink! Mind blowing. :>) Thank you for sharing this amazing content with the rest of us, William. Take good care of yourself.

EXCELLENT VIDEO, as usual!!❤ Many malls in the USA are dying, stores are closing, people just buy on Amazon, 😂And the roads and freeways are not so good, we don't have fast trains or much public transportation, and there are homeless people who set up tents to live on the streets in every city. It has been getting worse in the last 10 years. Very sad.

@@williamtaudien unfortunately it's not just Los Angeles and San Francisco, although that is what you hear. It's every city in the US, and also in Rural America. It is north, south, east and west and in the middle of the country too.
There are many reasons, William. The priorities in the US are upside down. The rich are getting richer and poor are getting poorer. The cost of descent housing is so high most young people cannot afford to move out of their parents house, and only rich kids can afford to go to college, it's not like in Europe where education is a priority.
We have a bad drug epidemic in the country and drug overdoses have risen by 200% since 2016. The top states with drug deaths are actually 1.West Virginia,
New Hampshire, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, New Mexico....NOT California. 🤔We also have a huge gun problem in the US.Everyone wants to carry a gun! There were 648 Mass shootings in 2022, the most terrible one in Texas where 19 little children were killed in their classrooms.
So, William, my friend,don't feel bad, you are better off not being over here, they really should be welcoming a smart, honest, talented person like you with open arms and if they don't , it's really their loss, not yours.

Fascinating futuristic city. But I can't imagine moving around in that mall .... too big ... too noisy. I am gravitating to smaller scale, old world architecture in Europe which could be partly due to my senior years. Clean is very good and appealing. Nice video. Fascinating place.

I go twice a year to Dubai. It’s just the best city to explore during a cold European winter. You should visit Jumeira Beach.
Good video William. Can you get any sense of local culture? Seems so artificial or something in many respects. Dubai does seem to have more diversified economy if compared to a few of its neighbours.

I will try in My next video. But I didnt look at the price of the TV so I dont know. THe wireless keyboard was a bit expensive but I chose a good one. There were cheap ones aswell

I was there in the 90’s on a US Navy tour and it loooks nothing like I remember. I remember taking a picture of a friend at Leasure World amusement park & got chased out of the park cause in the background a family started yelling 🤷 at me about having there picture taken, probably a religious thing. The women's hair were covered 🤷
