As we began to write new music for new releases, we couldn’t help but feel 2 things:
1. A lack of closure with our debut album, “Fractioned Heart”. We love those songs, we love the memories of writing them and having no idea how they would be received. With never getting to tour this album, we feel like there is so much life left on these songs and aren’t quite ready to “move on”.
2. An overwhelming sense of gratitude to the artists and friends that “Made Us”. The people who inspired us when we were first starting, who gave advice when we didn’t know what “publishing” was (still don’t really understand, sorry Dom), and the people who took chances on us when we didn’t have anything to show.
This project features a few of the hit songs from our record, with some of the artists who inspired us along the way. We dreamt this up and executed this process in 3 weeks time and there is no way we could’ve done it on our own. We have the greatest Manager, Team, and Friends who are constantly making things possible that shouldn’t be possible to some broke kids from Redding, California.

When I was just a punky kid I knew I wanted to know God, but had no idea how. When I listen to these songs I'm reminded of B52's, Echo and the Bunnymen, David Sylvian, Billy Idol, U2, and Sid Viscous, but without the mindless hopelessness. If the church that seems to have so well poured into you with sound doctrine isn't ready for you yet, consider it a nudge to let it be used where it is needed and take your knowledgeable church members with you as you go. This is a great sound for reaching a lost world that holds tightly to baseless music and mind numbing painkillers of all types. But you need to have evangelists with you and strong people who can firmly witness. By taking your music to the streets and public venues along with an evangelistic outreach team you have a sound and content like few others. I love that you have included the artists that inspired you and it is a testimony to your desire to share the stage for God's glory. A visual backdrop with footnote type ideas to bridge the gospel or biblical concepts of the songs would give a lost audience a taste to all that your songs allude to and possibly create a hunger. What you have here is powerful if brought to a fuller completion. I can't wait to see where you go with your gift. God Bless.
