- Inducing rage and making people quit is literally SO satisfying in Sniper Elite 5's Axis Invasion mode.
I honestly can't get over this game mode. It's so unique and really rewards patience. I think it's so engaging because it's literally a game of cat and mouse; you and your opponent trying to outwit and outmaneuver one another. It's really great.

Just a little bit of advice mate, or it’s more of a detail you might gloss over like i did. if you pause the game you can see what difficulty the enemy is playing, but under that you can also see the highest difficulty the enemy has completed the level on. So if they’re on civilian difficulty, but they’ve completed it on sharpshooter difficulty, chances are they’re just going through the mission to get collectibles

Yup, that's me, I played the game and now I am just looking for the collectibles and while doing this I am being invaded all the time, but I know the lay out of the missions, so good luck killing me....bouahhh!
I think it's the invaders who get rage when they get owned after hunting you fir ages. Then deny a rematch is the icing. Haha.

I love this mode and the tense gameplay, problem is, after 170 kills as Jäger, I notice more and more how BAD other players are at this :P At least half of everyone I invade either get killed by AI before I get to them or just straight up DC outside of combat. The other half is either decent and it turns into an actual sniper duel, or completely deaf and blind and I can just simply walk up and stab them in plain view xD
Yeahhhh… hopefully Rebellion can add a specific playlist for this in the future because I think *most* players don’t even realize Axis Invasion is turned on
@@wexxy_ Right! It's on by default, and there's obviously not enough players to make a "rank" based matchmaking. Most of my Invasions are 5 minutes trying to locate someone who is scared shitless and don't want to engage and then it's a one hit kill and no one ever wants a rematch :P

You havnt come across me yet, hopefully you'll come across my likkle campaign to just another easy hurr durr stoopid noobie allied sniper kill but ive already set you up before you figured it out, I love hunting Jagers, way too many confident Jagers forget when Allied snipers think outside the box, Allied snipers arnt the only ones that rage quit or refuse rematches....
Well it's EXTREMELY stacked in favour of the invader in this game. The other player has objectives to complete and 100s of hostile enemies to deal with. Half of the time they won't even be at full HP when you start shooting at them. So it's made very easy for the invader generally, it's not that they 'aren't very good', they're probably on average roughly as good at the game as the invaders, but it's just not very well balanced.

You just picked up another sub lol. Really enjoying the content. As a (self-proclaimed) Jager hunter :P, I got loads of tips but I will start with three till the next video.
1 - Beware No Man's Land. Be extremely wary going into areas were all the guards are dead especially in close quarters. Karl's may use focus sight to see you approaching or use cleared areas to clearly pick out that you are a live one.
2 - The Wanda Whoosh Sound. The sound indicates your Axis focus sight is refreshed and ready for another use. Use it more often so you can set a security net. Bonus fact to this: If a marked soldier is killed, they will show up on your minimap with a white x. This helps Identify the trajectory of players being extra sneaky.
3 - Equip for success. Did you know you can equip special ammo as a Jager? I recommend match grade ammo for all weapons. Improves distance and can kill/down players a lot more quickly than standard ammo.
As of writing, currently on a 4-0 winning streak with people invading my game. Maybe we might meet and I will share my kit with you? Until next time, be awesome!

7:48 - Ai can become suspicious to the doves that sit around and fly away, to sudden movements caused by the player axis invader/karl.
Ohhh shoot really?? I’ve always wondering if the doves are actually reacting to player movement! That’s really good to know 🫡

Honestly the last kill there. I am surprised the player came back towards you as if you had looked up the objective was all ready destroyed he had no reason to come back in your direction.
Yeah I’m not sure! It was definitely odd!! I think he was looking at his map maybe when I killed him? Still weird for him to come back that way though
@wexxy If you notice the subtitle at 12:28, he was using the phone. So he got your location and came looking for you.
That noise I believe is a snipers eyes have just glossed over you, may be wrong but... whenever I hear it it tends to follow with a rifle shot from a sniper so
I think it’s actually when your Stay Alert ability is available again after the cooldown!

It is funny I am watching your video because it just happened to me yesterday, I was invaded and once we started playing, the invader located me we exchanged shots and while I was bleeding to death, I was quick enough to recuperate and shoot him down and "bang" he just quit the game. WTF?

Does anyone know how to accept a rematch on PC? That option doesn't appear on my screen.
Ya gotta press tab to go to the winner screen, and then it should give you the option to
A little tip: When you are near a phone and the other player uses it to find you, you can hear the response of the radio operator to Karl and it will show as a subtitle if enabled.
Sometimes the voice might be a bit far you wouldn't really hear it but the game will pick it up and the subtitle will show up. This way you will know that they are nearby, have used the phone closest to you, and are coming to your location.
It happened with the last player you killed, he came to the location he got from the phone and was trying to find you.

@@wexxy_ Yeah my thoughts exactly! If it dies off I may never see the changes I have suggested in the past. Mostly being able to choose what difficulty match you get into, solo or coop games you get into, and a friends only mode.
Those are good suggestions! Tomographic suggested a specific playlist for it, which I think would help a lot too
Just got the game yesterday night, it's taken all-day to reach 20 kills as of now, matches are scarce.

The people playing single player have no chance. They have to avoid all the enemies and you as a real player. As an enemy you have it so easy. They need to balance this more.
Yeah it’s pretty tough!! I will say the Focus ability is very strong if you’re playing on any difficulty other than Authentic. But some tweaks might be needed for sure!
@@wexxy_ I've seen a few videos of this gameplay and I have seen anyone hunting the player lose. So it must be tough on the other side of it. Have you made videos of you on the other side doing the campaign?
