I have a new question for you. The white covers that you use to cover the ends of the coil wires, what are they called. Lastly, what type of varnish is used to cover the inside.

Tell me, how do you know where the wires connect to the centrifugal switch. There are four wires coming from the coils, two black and two red. So how do you know where to wire them in at???

I’m a little confused! At the very beginning of the video the worker outlines how many turn with how many wires. For instance, it says 1-4 is 13 turns with 3 wires correct. But when you watch him install the coils he loads 1-4, 1-6 and 1-8 with the same 13 turns with 3 wires. That’s not what the beginning diagram shows. I think!
Can anyone simplify for me???

1*8= 22×3 wire

OK Hi power it’s up to you to clarify for me. Your diagram at the beginning of your video shows 1-4 13x3=39 under that set of numbers it shows 1-6 19x3=57 and lastly under that set of numbers it shows 1-8 22x3=66.
Under that you have SWG 19+20+20 (SWG stands for standard wire gage) therefore to me your saying that the first set of numbers 1-4 19x3=39 should be 19 gage wire! And the other two should be 20 gage.
Do I have that right?????
