The BOX of that 80in Sub is BIGGEER than room I use for my home theater 😂
What a great experience for you and your wife. I wish Ascendo would add their subs to my local theater. They need some help in the LF dept.
It was a fun time for sure.
Marty McFly approved
😂🤣😅
He need get two of them to even the bass out 🤣
@@fred215 😅😂🤣
That’s what I was thinking
@@BrunoDeMarques 😂😅🤣
Never thought a sound system would make it yo my bucket list but Goodness!
A whole day demo would be just epic.
If I have millions then this is how I would want home theater
I wonder how much that system costs. Must be easy in the 1-2mil range
Xd
I've never seen a massive subwoofer like this...wow ❤️
Well done - OMG you guys have just smashed demo room of the year.... maybe a decade? WOW
This is amazing! We built a 48 channel LDS system with 240 inch screen, all custom made for our extra deep basement.
😳
that subwoofer is 🔥🔥 let me win the lottery and let these guys build my cinema
The sound must be better than the real world
Had me crying when he said that the projector can read and playback commercial DCP files and its a 17.2.13 system. Also that sub is absolutely ridiculous. I need a Trinnov
this room is incredible... one of the craziest I've seen on youtube. Excellent video Shane. what an experience...
Fourth months late you Son of a B... 😳😂
@@therealshanelee that's what she said... 😳
Dream come true from Germany.
Wow that's INSANE!!!!!
Mind blown. I’ve never seen anything like this.
I don’t know if I’m more impressed with the 260 inch micro led screen or that humagnamus (yes, a made up word) subwoofer!
Agreed! The screen must cost $750,000!
Next gen cinema. Period.
wow wow my jaw is on the floor superb HT
Your channel is amazing Shane. Thank you!!
🍻
Had me at 80'' subwoofer!
😂
100kw of perfection.
That was my thought as well. This ain't all plugged into a single 15 amp circuit. I wonder how many amps this thing pulls when it is all fired up and going full-on?
Wow impressive
This is insaaaaaaaaaaane!
Love it ! =D
Nicely done 👏👏👏
Professional subwoofer 😂👊🤝👍
100Kw!!! I would love to see the HVAC details required for dissipating the excess heat in that setup. Amazing!
I would like to see the owner paying electricity bill with current 16 cent per KW/h energy prices... One 3 hour movie with 100 Kw/h consumption would cost 48 euros to watch
@@wekkimeif7720 You have Very cheap electricity, try 25-34 cents per KW/h in Australia.
Trinnov and Crown, classic combo.....
Hands down the most over engineered well designed home theater system in existence. There are no comparisons with evidence available
Goodness. Holy shit. Wow.
Holy Christ I'd love to hear the infrasonic bass in that system! 😲👍
Probably more of a feeling? 🔉
@@SeekoGT true 👍
1 million dollars that's it? looks like a multi million dollar setup!
Theater - seriously. Even Marty and Doc's speaker in BTTF 1 is dwarfed here. LOL. Great content 🙂
😂
That’s what I cal a RACK!!!!😂😂love it
TWENTY ONE INCH VOICE COIL......... I about passed out when he said that....
😂
Hearing it might bring you back to your sense again after you pass out
Of course their bass demo was "Edge of Tomorrow".
They should have used Ready Player One, the racing scene with king kong.
@MaZEEZaM the bass is good in that scene but the intro for edge of tomorrow is better for really showing off super deep bass
You know you have a badass system when your souround sounds like a date
Man, my 12in DIY subs are seeming pretty small now 😂
🤣🤣
Absolutely mind blowing. One quick question though, what part of Germany’s electrical grid browns out when this baby is turned up? Do they utilize nuclear power assist just in case? Lol. thanks for posting this great system. I want one.
Wow
I would be happy dying in this theater
We can arrange that 😈
@@therealshanelee you made my wife spit out her water 😂🤣
Besides all the crazy equipment, the room itself is fantastic. I love the size, layout, walls and ceiling. Any idea what the room dimensions are?
10x8
Ya it’s my dream to have a space that size.
10,5m x 8,10m
wow the future is going be amazing or if you're a lottery winner ..... this is end game 👍👍😂🇨🇦
Hi Shane, if possible can you add the music you use in the description please, I like your taste 👌
Shane your really knocking it out of the park with this content. Super badass.
🍻
You're or you are.
NOT your.
My germans...crazy stuff....
They place the speaker exactly where I predicted ,The first time I seen micro led ..That's cool, look like and auro 3d setup would work nice with micro led.
Next time you come to Germany leg me know. I would have invited you over 😊 I really thankful for your channel
🍻
Wo ist dieses Kino hier in Deutschland?
MINDBLOWING! 87.16.32 setup !
WoW!!!! 😮
Can u please advise me on setting up a 24.1.10 Dolby setup with budget friendly amps, preamps and speakers, I cant afford trinnov kind of devices, so please suggest some alternative way to get me to the above mentioned configuration.
This system is completely nuts, some passive 3D would round it off though.
Indeed on the 3D
It has 3D but they didn't have glasses.
W O W !
What a great walkthrough of some of the best equipment in the world. Equipment I will never be able to afford. One thing confused me. The theater features both a Barco projector and an Led screen wall. So which one is used? It surely cant use both a giga-tv and a projector at the same time?
czcams.com/video/VVW2G9uqB2o/video.html
When the sub can give your bones hairline fractures cranking it up hahaha
13,500 lumens for the Barco Freya projector ♥️🔥♥️🔥
Yea but not much on this screen size. Just 200 nits. Videowall do 1000 nits
@@Naxos05 True but videowalls cost a hell of a lot more even than a projector. And 1000 nits sounds like A LOT for a darkened cinema. Maybe too much even?
LED in a living room? Totally!🤩
@@JimmyPage9 you compare this Arled Videowall with a Barco Freya plus. I think the costs will be the same (like my house or a little bit more 😂✌🏻💫)
How much more drastic is something like this over a typical AMC theater?
So when are you getting the 80" to review back home? 🤣🤣🤣. Love the video keep up the good work.
Wouldn't fit in my carry-on.
Why is there a Barco projector if the room is using an LED screen?
There is a such thing as overkill 😵💫😵💫😵💫
That's like saying an IMAX screen is overkill.
@@therealshanelee imax sucks imo. It's nothing special. I was referring to the amount of sound pressure that must be moving through the room when viewing a movie. Imo, but nice 👌
Money won't send you to heaven but it will surely bring a little of it here
Very beautiful How much total cost for this audio system sir
Kurt Loder Double!!😂😂
How hot do those MicroLED walls get? I've heard you need some beefy cooling just for the heat the panels output?
I didn’t feel heat but I know it does need special cooling.
im supergreat expert in sphere oh homeaudio 🤭 and you cant make a good sounding even if you use supertopclass components and great acoustical supressing hall withoul using ACs and SWs separately standing at vibro splitting it to a floor spikes or taoc boards etc and LOADING HEAVY WEIGHTS ON THEM 🤤 its impossible for dynamics to sound sharp without it
Could you see the seams on that LED screen during video playback?
Review coming.
Ok...this exist....I feel like I have to make a pilgrimage..80" Sub...I feel like an ant
Imagine watching Oppenheimer in that room
Can you suggest some 4k projectors for a 220 inch screen?
Check out Barco and Christie.
I Think i will stick with my own jbl sound system.. it pleasure enough
I've seen better reactions from Shane on smaller subs 🤔.... 😂😂😂. That has to be one of the most amazing systems ever put together, thanks for sharing 👍
Review soon.
100kW of audio machinery is dizzyingly powerful. That’s not even possible in the average suburban home.
This has to be one of the craziest theater setups I've ever seen. What's the total cost on the room + equipment here?
Lots.
@@therealshanelee so what your saying is the 80" is coming to your apartment? 😂
@@mcarr416ix You're or you are.
NOT your.
@@PSYCHOV3N0M stfu nobody cares about your proper grammar.
What are your room dimensions?...I'm particularly interested in your floor-to-ceiling height.
27w 20h 37d
Hearing damage would be a concern. You would have to use hearing protection to use this system.
Or you could use the volume knob 😁
No way that room can handle that sub
exactly, sounds like crap with all that rattling
when i seen that wall of amps i was like "jesus christ how much power RMS that is outputing?!" 100kW in a room is MENTAL. a big cinema doesnt go above 10kW unless its Imax. 100kW in such a small space must sound extremely insane. i wonder what the peak SPL in that room could be 😂
Shane, do you know which screen they were using?
I believe it's their own branded material.
5 million
Shane you know everyone and their mother is waiting for a comprehensive review of this system. I am interested (including most. of your subscribers) in how did the center channel speakers both top and below the Micro LED screen sound in all rows of seating compared to the Wisdom/Quantum room at CEDIA 2022!!! I believe this is by far the only system on the planet that can rival that system. Micro LED is the future of home theater just like EV vehicles will replace combustible engines in due time,,,,,,,,,,
In a couple days.
@@therealshanelee id love to see the electricity bill to run it on Australian electricity prices of 25-34 cents per KW/h.
Exceptional theater room! Best I have ever seen or heard of. Great job! What's the total cost for such an End All forever Theater Room?😅
🤑
Lots.
Endlich ist das Kino fertig geworden
Yep you should visit.
If you don’t want to have a gigantic sub like that, you can always look at the KYD Ubersub. 3-19hz Infrasonic subwoofer. Let’s just say it’s one of those subs where if you have to ask how much it is, you can’t afford it. 😂
I think you’d need a few of those to match one of these. Probably easier to place though.
You will need atleast 15 of those to match that 80"
@@arikononen4022 haha yeah, not sure on that. But having 14-16 of them would be fun to hear.
@@therealshanelee not too many true infrasonic subs on the market. Would love to see this Ascendo go up against the Ubersub.
I think people who can actually afford this stuff can do so *because* they pay attention to the money they make and ask how much things are prior to buying lol
I want one
Just one?
Wild. I wonder why they chose to go with native scope size/resolution for the LED?
The majority of films are in that aspect ratio.
Sure, however, at a resolution of 3840 x 1512 it won’t display a native 4k picture at scope. I’d love to see this in person, thanks for doing this video!
@@appearnowappearlater you'd have to ask them for exact spec. I felt they weren't 100% on it. Plus 3840x2160 is the full resolution on disc counting the letterbox bars. Subtract those and your resolution is lower.
"Welcome To The Thunderdome"
Two go in one will come out 😂😂😂
I think buying an IMAC cinema might be cheaper...
how do I get one in my home?
@Shane, I’ve watched wash of your vids on this amazing set up, but one thing that everyone is leaving out is all of those Crown amps. I thought the guy in the vid would discuss them, but he skipped right over them all.
There are some 7+ 2505(maybe that model) and a few other Crown amps.
Why skip over talking about them and what are they being used for?
czcams.com/video/VVW2G9uqB2o/video.html
What are the room dimensions of this amazing space? What is the ceiling height too?
arled-cinema.de/en/movie-core-2/
Amazing system but seems a bit messy with the speaker layout. Like it might be diminishing returns
With a room this big you can't do a simple 7.1 layout. It needs a lot of speakers.
Build the ultimate home theater
Step 1) Buy lottery tickets until you can't.
18sound 21NTLW5000 for kickbass😂 brutal!
80 inch "Super stereo"
It’s so confusing. So, the led wall just reflects the image from projector(Barco) but have no color vibrations? Furthermore, wonder if it could handle dolby vision or what.
czcams.com/video/VVW2G9uqB2o/video.html
@@therealshanelee Thanks. Was a great review!
What metallica concert was this and where can I get it
Into The Never
AWEsome, but kinda Overkill. Surprised he didn't mention the Crown amps. Looks like 15 of them. Weird!! Nice none the less...
It's for a separate system.
@@therealshanelee Ok, Got'cha!!!
Given the mass of the cone, I can't imagine highly dynamic content which requires fast transient response will sound good. Idk would like to know from those that heard
The large sub only plays below 40Hz so transients don't really come into play. People who claim things like a 12" driver is faster than a 10" driver don't understand the physics or psychoacoustics of music. Let me ask you if you think a body builder can turn the page of a book faster than you?
@@carlosoliveira-rc2xt 😂😂😂👍👍👍
I think somehow we should distuingish building a full size theater from a home theater. The titles should be like "building a theater on my property" or something like that. This looks nice, but nothing like "home".
Who's "home" are you referring too? They come in many shapes, sizes and styles.
@@therealshanelee Yes, but beyond certain size, level of equipment, it is just a full size theater. I mean you can build an IMAX theater with 1000 chairs, on your property and call it home theater, but I think it is just not right. I see these competition on youtube who has the biggest, most fancy theater at home, and they do look awesome, but I think we just stepped out of the realm of home theaters. These are bigger and better equipped than some cinemas in smaller towns.
@@HunGerMovies It still doesn't change the fact that they are home theaters.
You sound like you just want to be upset about something. Go outside and touch some grass.
@@PSYCHOV3N0M You exactly sound like you want to be upset about something with the second part of your comment. Maybe you touched that grass too hard. Mine was just an opinion, take a big breath, and let it go. If I build a Cinema City complex on the property I own, it will be still a home theater, I know, sure. I think we reached the point when it should be categorized or redefined, what makes a home theater a HOME theater, not just a cinema that you own.
