I’ve absolutely destroyed every s55 I ever came across. Only because of awd and how easy/ inexpensive it is to mod the B58. With that being said If I had the opportunity I’d still chose an f80. Congrats man keep the content coming 🎉
Im seriously considering selling my remapped F30 330D for an F80. I test drove one but it seemed too noisy and uncomfortable for daily driving. The 330D also gave a better perception of speed at road legal speeds, likely due to the huge torque.
B58 > S55 F30 chassis < F80 chassis If it wasn’t for that stupid crank hub I’d go F80 no doubt but for the money and reliability alone even modded you gotto get the 340i in my personal opinion.

Knowing the car was to be modified, ultimately purchased the 340 as the 10k tier difference + 5k crank hub, + FBO numbers didn't look too attractive. To each their own. That said, G80 M3 is certainly goals.
Shatter what b58 owner? This dude has the slowest B58 I've ever seen, stock turbo b58 is faster than his upgraded turbo 340i, there's many 10s stock turbo 340i, plus there's many 8s and 7s b58, how many s55 8s you think there is? Dude was an embarrassment to b58 owners, and now he gonna be an embarrassment for s55 m3 owners too
@@Metoy3r a little hurt is an understatement,i worshiped b58 like many and you had to ruin everything,a few kinf wishes wont cut it man,sell the f80 asap and go back to all mighty b58 pls.

Honestly just missed driving a manual and they are a little more rare than the DCT so that’s my thinking behind it. Although DCT is a lot faster
