I cried seeing the Out There segment. God, I love that movie.. so painfully underrated; I'm happy it got a chance to shine here
Same! Initially I felt mad that this replaced Wishes, but the moment that came on I teared up and thought "Okay, I have no hard feelings about this replacing Wishes, THIS ALONE is worth it!!" And then the rest of the show blew me away just as much. :)

You probably did actually, the Hunchback segments is one of the only segments to come directly from another show! The segment is from Disney Dreams, the now gone show in Disneyland Paris. :(

So happy seeing Hunchback, Hercules, Tarzan, and Mulan (my favorite ever). I'm dying right now! This is also my favorite firework together with Disneyland Forever.

@JoyStar Hahaha. Its okay but the show is not running right now since its very expensive to run they incorporated the whole park for the firework show. You can watch it on CZcams and some views are unique.

I saw this show in August. I hadn't been to Disney World in nearly 10 years. I cried three times. Thank you for giving me a full video to show my parents of what I saw.

I took my wife to Disney World last March for our honeymoon. It was my third time here but her first and we were both blown away by this show. I don't see Disney topping this one. Don't care how old you are, this place overwhelms you. Can't wait to come back.
from Japan. I really really love it! some people say songs and characters are new but I think these new songs and movies used in this program were made with huge inspiration of old disney animations.
songs are changed but message have never been changed. Disney films are always nice!

Wow. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Tarzan, and Hercules have gotten this much of a theme park presence in a while. It's good to see them, they're three of my favourites.

I went to Disney World for my first time in August and it was the most beautiful and incredible thing I have ever see. I love Disney more than a lot of things and I remember seeing this firework show for the first time and I cried so so much. Easily the best experience of my life and as I just re-watched it I bawled my eyes out AHHHHH I MISS DISNEY
This might be the best Disney show. I've seen so far. Hands down.

I was really worried when they said that they were getting rid of Wishes, but this made me tear up so much more!! It was so amazing to see the "forgotten" movies in there - especially using the Hercules song toward the end.. it was just beautiful and I can't wait to be there watching it myself one day!

FINALLY! A video of this show that has the Made with Magic Ears in the frame! I seriously don't know why they didn't hand them out to celebrate the premiere. With that many people packed in to the hub, it would have been amazing to see how the ears react in such a large group.
I started crying after these fireworks, Disney is truly the place were dreams come true.
At first, I was a bit mad and upset that Wishes was gone, but this is amazing!! Hats off to Disney for this one!!
Thank you SO much for sharing this, and for putting the majority of the focus on the CASTLE. Ever since Disney started teasing us on their channel about bringing back a few of their old school 2D animators to create sequences just for this show, I've been giddy to see it. Sadly, I can't afford a trip down to Florida from up here in NJ, nor can I afford the cost of a ticket to ANY of the parks (rent, insurance, keeping myself, my cat, and my elderly mother fed, etc), so I eternally grateful when those who CAN and do visit record and post their park videos. It's not the same, but it's still at least a taste of the magic that I love. Again, thank you for sharing with us!

But...it’s a FIREWORKS show, so the focus should be on the fireworks, not on the castle. That’s 90% of the reason I don’t like the show-I find the projections to be distracting and unnecessary. I mean, there’s even another show that is dedicated to the projections, so why do they need to be with the fireworks?! I can tolerate watching the fireworks as I walk through the park now, but I miss being able to watch wishes in front of the castle and not have the projections get in the way.
Bee R. I’m sorry you can’t afford to see this right now but you must try before you die! No video can ever compare to the beauty and uncontrollable feelings that you have while enjoying this moment. Consider off season. Try to save $10 until you’ve saved enough to go! NJ to FL isn’t too bad. Sure the tickets get ridiculous, but sometimes there’s super deals. Even if you only spend two days here, it’ll be completely worth it.

This show reminds me more of the shows in the 90's in terms of composition. A montage of heroes followed by menacing villains with the heroes winning. Though Wishes was more organized, I appreciate all they put into this show. They updated it for my generation, who most of which are having kids of their own and travel to Disney often. can't wait to see this in October!

this is such great footage having a close camera and a far one to better show the projections and the fireworks that go along with it. Ive seen so many recordings that had them constantly zooming in and out or skipping parts. I appreciate seeing it fully!

Seeing this show, I see the new Disney's era. More technology and more
"stimulus" in the new shows and attractions, with more 'things' happening and a 'less emotional' atmosphere.
I know a lot of people will love the new show, while some of the
"classic" disney guests will miss "Wishes" with its deep sentimental
atmosphere. And this is a time that wll never returns.

When I went to Disney World, It was a Christmas present, it was a truly magical experience, I saw these fireworks when I was in fantasyland, and It was great spending time with my dad and mom and my brother, I was speechless about how beautiful it was.

When I saw this live, it was raining and we thought they would cancel it, but they didn’t. When I was watching it, I was in a trance, but then they included Hunchback and I lost it. It was so beautiful.

Disney is truly magical
While Wishes still holds the #1 spot for me in terms of the "Disney Magic" feeling it gives you, this one is a close second. There were quite a few moments where I found myself feeling that magic from the music and effects. The last min or so of music could've had a bit more of a magic-kick to it, and not so much a power pop feel, but that's pretty much all I have against it. Everything else was simply wonderful. ^_^

Just saw it last night in person and I was very impressed, and I don’t get into fireworks, even on the 4th of July. But this was very impressive in person. I would and will watch it again in a couple of weeks.
Before watching: What?! Wishes got replaced?! Noo!

You guys have the best job ever! I would love to know how long it takes the people behind the fireworks show to plan what they are going to do and how they are going to execute their ideas. What I like about this, is that the castle is more involved in the show than it usually is for the others. Cinderella's castle is mostly a backdrop and I love how they made the castle different colors. My favorite was the red, with blue towers and gold throughout.

I love this one, i haven't seen wishes (i don't think) but i hope it's a good few years before they even consider making a new one, seeing it in person would be amazing too, so yeah, hopefully it's here to stay for long time.

I saw this last week at Disneyworld for April Vacation and we were bummed out to know that they don't do the parade anymore but we were excited to see this new performance. I was singing for the Moana part and I think this lady heard me sing and I think started looking at me. idk but it was awkward XD

I do still really love Wishes, it just really pulled on my heart strings and made me tear up whereas this one just made me smile - however I did enjoy it a lot. I loved to see Moana & Toy Story but I would've have liked to see the classics a bit more because I follow the whole history with Walt I find it interesting and I think it would have been good to give Snow White, Cinderella, sleeping beauty & Peter Pan bigger segments, but a change is always nice. The Graphics on the castle and the bright fireworks were amazing. Other thoughts?X
