  • Come visit us at www.Expressions-LTD.com. This short video shows one of the easier ways to remove a stuck sink mold when making a concrete sink, simply by pushing the mold out through the drain hole. The Demolding process to remove the mold from the cured concrete can be difficult if you don't properly apply our Mold Release Wax to the Rubber Sinkmold prior to casting your concrete countertop with integral sink, or your stand along vessel or farm sink.

I noticed, or I think I noticed so e fine air bubbles..
I have this problem always. I spray, brush and vibrate. Yet to try some sort of vacuum system. What do you suggest?

It's usually just a trade off. A wetter mix will create less air holes, or none at all sometimes. But a less wet mix is stronger, and filling the pinholes is a pretty quick process and worth the stronger piece; less likely to develop cracks or chips.

water reducer works well. I however do like worm holes especially when ground to expose aggregate or other inlays. The worm holes give me areas to add character to the piece with all sorts of colors and other things

@@nigelcrete3901 yes. Water reducer. Is that the same as super plastersiser?
I have some and it produces great results. I tried it in screeds too.
