My first reaction when Aaron punched Robert was to laugh.. been wanting to do that for weeks now myself. Can't wait for this horrible storyline to end. Really want it to end with Robert never sleeping with Rebecca because if they actually did there is nothing special about Robron anymore smh

Amanda Layton I wasn't really bothered that we didn't get a kiss (the hug was good enough for me) but what I WAS bothered about is that we have to watch Rebecca and Ross make out 2-3 times in every damn episode
Starshii Yes, it was about time. The "obviousy kept your nose clean" comment made me wonder if it's supposed to foreshadow something. Maybe Aaron isn't completely done with the drugs/prison SL?
I didn't really like that scene as Cain's pep talk actually triggered his panic attack. And if I am beeing honest this really felt more a welcome home party for Sarah than for Aaron. And rightfully so in that sence that cancer is more serious than jail sentence, but during the last weeks Dingles have been so much more conserned about her well beeing compared to Aaron's one that it's bothering me a bit. It has felt like he is still a '2nd class Dingle' in their clan hierarchy.
Starshii I completely agree, this has bothered me as well. Cain could have shown a bit more sympathy - it should be obvious to everyone that Aaron didn't felt comfortable in the situation. You would think that they would all show Aaron a little extra attention because Chas wasn't there. It's ironic considering Aaron really didn't want the party in the first place but suffered through it for his family's sake.

If that was me I would practically be having sex in the middle of the road. And where is Paddy? how and why did Victoria suddenly think Rebecca was pregnant?...oh that's in the next part. lol I have so many questions but I think the conclusion is that I was disappointed with this episode as they could have made more of it. Just seemed that they wanted to get all the storylines aired so they crammed in a lot of useless things....Faith, Charity and the rest in the pub...GOD who cares!
Where was Paddy at the homecoming? Hated Cain finally showing his face talking to Aaron as if nothing had happened. Robron still have some drama to get through. Why have they made Ross so thick?
I was thinking the same thing. Was it so difficult for ED to shoot this episode in a time when Dominic was available? Especially considering both Chas and Liv weren't there. Seemed awkward with the lack of close family.
I am glad he wasn't there, after all it was Paddy's fault that Aaron went to prison. He was so jealous of the relationship of Chas with Jason that he told Pierce that Jason was going to get rid of the evidence. As Robert said not so long ago when Paddy was being self-righteous, Where were you when Aaron was disclosing he had been raped"
Everything was almost perfect until obnoxious Rebecca came in with equally intolerable boy band cardboard cut-out. That punch though from Aaron... great dramatic moment, and it came out of nowhere!
Quietastronaut I agree with that rebecca is becoming a total nightmare and if she goes through with the pregnancy even if we know its not roberts it will still be an horrendous thing to watch. All i wish for is that ED dont get aaron into drugs when he finds out about roberts cheating they break up then robert comes back into his life to help him not a fckg again please dont go there ED. How many times has robert done the redemption sl. Really shit writing if that happens.
nuttynetty Let's face it - it IS Robert's child. Ross nearly just had Moses, plus a similiar "Who's the dad?" storyline, so why would they go through that again? I was hoping for a fake pregnancy but that opportunity just went out the window. I would be able to enjoy Rebecca more if she was a) a genuine character who didn't screw over her "friends" first chance she got or b) a soap bitch like her sister. Not this weird in-beween thing. I agree about the redemption SL - we saw that last year so why go through the same thing again?
Now when you mention domestic violence, Robron had quite a share of punches, chaining and other agressive acts. I do wonder if they roughhouse in their bedroom...
They certainly have some verbal and physical history... But I have allways imagined, starting from the very beginning of their affair that they have a really great and very imaginative sex life.
